Max management please improve your billing counter agents there is always delay and sometimes there is no one available for service. It's like coming in a government hospital. Also for the Hemodialysis department its really a hard time to do the dialysis appointment your incharge Suresh never attends the call, no responses for booking, have to come all the way to in the hospital for booking because of no communication and sometimes can't find the incharge on asking to workers in the department they have no idea regarding booking and stuffs. Please make it easy for patients to do booking online or over phone call.

Dr. Priyanka Sinha is an exceptional pediatrician. Her caring demeanor and expertise put both children and parents at ease. She listens attentively, provides clear explanations, and offers compassionate care. My child's health and well-being are in excellent hands with Dr. Sinha. Highly recommended!

I am so so happy with the service and treatment given here. My daughter came here in high fever and was diagnosed with Typhoid, Dr. Ramalingam Kalyan and Dr Shweta took very good care of her for 6 days and the hospitality of this place is excellent. I would like to specifically mention and appreciate Dr. Arti Chaturvedi. Not only she is a brilliant Speech Therapist, but she has a zeal of doing well of her patients. She has extreme knowledge of her field. From little kids till adults, she patiently explains all the exercises in depth. She is kind, empathetic and detail oriented. She knows how to make the person aware of his pain and her willingness to improve and constantly learn is worthy of every penny spent. She deserves a 5 star rating in every aspect, be it her effective communication, addressing the issue, diagnosing the problem or designing the entire treatment plan. She is a perfect blend of strong woman, great listener and compassionate doctor.

We got my grandmother operated for cataract at the hospital. The Eye department team had been very supportive and empathetic, especially Dimple ma'am and doctor Pawan. Definitely recommend the hospital for eye related issues.

Worst hospital makes money from died patients. Make sure to ask all the charges before you admit your patient.

I was admitted in room 3425. My over all experience was good. Dr Ajay Gupta and team is great. He was very cooperative and helpful. My father suffering from cancer, we consult in Rajiv Gandhi and some other hospitals but we are not satisfied. We are hopeless. My friend ask me about Dr Rashi, We consult with Rashi Agrawal in Max hospital Vaishali and our treatment is undergoing with dr Rashi. We are so much satisfied with the treatment, she is very humble, always help and co-operate with us. Meenakshi mam also help and co-operate with us a lot.

This is an appreciation review for the cardiac surgery department of Max Hospital, Vaishali and the team of surgeons headed by Dr. Gaurav Mahajan ji. Dr. Gaurav Mahajan is a true miracle-worker! With exceptional expertise, he along his team successfully performed my father's bypass surgery, despite his 30-year battle with diabetes and all 3 arteries being severely blocked. Dr. Mahajan's skills and compassion were evident from the start, putting us at ease. Post-surgery, his dedicated care and attention ensured a remarkable recovery. It's very bad experience with this hospital, nursing staff is not educated.we have undergone surgery in MAX hospital on 19 july after that we were there, on 22 july around 9 my patient started feeling restless high pulse and he is sweating like anything I called up the nurse to check the vitals, keerti who is incharge of my bed came and checked the sugar upon my insisting and went back again came checked the pulse and gone after 5 min she send Sone other nurse who checked the bp and said to me it's nor stable 90/60, and she also also went, my patient was in disrest full time keerti nurse wasted 15 mins in all this drama, she not called the doctor incharge not checked the vitals, I myself had to call my doctor and than he send thedoctor in duty after that they have started the vitals checking and all stuff, i than shouted on this nurse and said to do the work fast no responsibility of the staff immature behaviour towards patient, if I would have not been there this nurse have been played with my patient life, if I should not have the doctor number with us things would have been out of control.pls it's request ro take care of ur patient personally and do not leave on nurses especially the nurse named keerti.very bad experience with the staff

My father's treatment continued since Feb. 2022 in vaishali 2nd building 6th floor.treatment by Dr. Esha kaul.all were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Dr. Kaul and team specially thanks to nursing staff Nidhi and Amrita mam.thanks for caring my father. I am happy for the same. Thanks max.

Hospital is good and all facilities are available under one roof. Greatful to have cardio services from Dr Amit Malik and His Personal assistant Mr Ram. He did operation of my mother for CRT D implant which was successful. They were supportive in each stage.
However hospital is advised to have enough sitting space for at least one close relative of patient.

Max Security is absolutely well trained and professional. I had an excellent experience with Bhupendra as he was courteous and helpful.

Asked for appointment on 15th August 22 got appointment on 16th August 22 at 11.30 in the name of mukti chauhan today in morning we got massage from the hospital to come early by 20 minutes.we reached there at 11.00 am and made the payment.at 11.30 i asked the làdy hamara number kab ayega she replied 10 ya 15 minut lagenge intjar karo again i went to the same lady and asked.she replied 12 baje aapka number aa jayega i asked again and i showed her display (mukti chauhan 12.10) no reply.i again asked at 12.20 what r u doing where is our number she and one more lady was there replied jab aayega ham aapko bula lenge.i went to the lady sitting on billing counter 11 baje se ab tak hamara number nahi aaya h kya kare she replied u come tomorrow.later we got our appointment cancelled and went out this is the fact i have no grievances.i m making this review to analyse the service and dealings of the hospital.

I am fully satisfied with the service of Sh Prashant Kumar who has served excellent food. I am impressed with his pleasing and humble behaviour. Food quality is also very good. All nursing staff and other staff members are very cooperative.

Took the patient in emergency. I was asked to get the registration done, which took over half an hour.
By the time we were done, they told us there're no patient beds in Emergency anymore. They also refused to treat the patient on the stretcher itself, causing a delay of hours, all the while the patient lay there in pain and discomfort.

में योगन्द़ कुमार शर्मा पिछले लगभग 10 वषाॆ से copd patient हूँ और तभी सरकारी गैरसरकारी हसप्तालो से इलाज कराता रहा पर कोई खास आरामदायक नहीं सिद्ध हुआ अन्त में मैक्स HOSPITAL Vaishali गया और डा शरद जोशी, पुनीत गुप्ता और टीम का ईलाज शुरू किया कभी फायदा महसूस होता तो कभी नहीं और ईलाज मैने जारी रखा अन्त जून 2021 में मेरे सीने का CT Scan कराया तो फेफड़े में एक गांठ पाई गई जिसकी जांच से पता चला कि कैन्सर की गांठ है और यहाँ Doctors व अन्य स्टाफ ने मेरे ईलाज में जो तनम्यता दिखाई जिसके कारण मेरा कैन्सर ठीक हो सका इसके लिए यहां के Doctors 1 (Dr. Harmeet HOD in ER, Dr. Ritu, Dr. Ashish Manager, Dr. Nidhi Medical Supritendent) Dr Dhiraj, Dr Umar and Dr Meenu Valiya and her team, Dr Bhushan and others to whom I am highly obliged for their dedicated efforts in cure ing me from a desiese like cancer साथ ही साथ अन्य वर्किंग स्टाफ जैसे नर्सिंग स्टाफ़ तरुण, कविता व इनके अन्य सहयोगी तथा जनरल डयूटी कर्मचारी आदि के लिए भी में उपरोक्त सभी का तहे दिल से धन्यवाद करता हूँ

Nice team, Security team is also competent and too caring for tower 1.1st floor

Max Dental Dept.taking appointment for Dr. SHRADHA MISHRA but assistants (MS. Himani) see to the patients. This is purely Dental dr. Negligence. Worst experience I had with Max Dental staff and Dr.on 4th Dec. 21.
When I talked to her she told me she has so many branches and customers, so she doesn't check every patient only charge fees in her name. Her assistants showed me very bad behavior and taken Rs. 1120/ and no treatment given. I call for next appointment date, then Mr. Nilotpal told me that they have many patients so appointment can not be given as per your time and talked me very rudely. Then I talked Dr. Shradha she told me her staff is good and you do what you can. We don't bother about complaints. Same day few more patients were complaining for Dr. Negligence which I listened there.

Waiting timing in opd are more then expected. Tower 2 6th floor security gaurd service was good. Providing timely information to patients.

Management and staff is very helpful and understanding. They are there to help the patients in the best possible way. Clean and hygienic. Properly equipped and well facilitated.

room no. 719.good services provided by max vaishali IV cannulation nurses Madhu and vishnu very well trained and cooperative having good work experience. They treat patient very well and kind nature. I give 10 on 10 for their work.

I came here for my operation under dr hemangi negi on 20th nov for bartholin cyst it was a wonderful experience with dr hemnagi and i am really thankfull to her she is very polite and helpful.

Worst hospital pathetic staff, you will find valet staff at entrance instead of nursing staff or ward boys who will help with wheelchairs and patient. You had to drag wheelchair by your on. Staff will see and ignore you completely. Never recommend any one.

Can you imagine lift of a prominent hospital is down for 2 minutes without any emergency light, No call button working, No intercom working

This is the worst hospital I've ever seen.

I'll regret the decision of going here for delivery of my wife for rest of my life.

Just writing here to express my emotions and how much I feel sorry for my wife my love.

These guys have all right received to operate your beloved ones even if it's not required. After all normal delivery me bachta hi kya he hospital ko, believe me you won't be able to say NO to these blackmailers as they will give you just 15 minutes to take second opinion from anywhere else (as they did with me) or else they'll give you threat to refuse to treat in mid if you ask question.

In addition to this, these guys have special talent of taking approval of cashless which TPA rejects itself at the time of discharge.

Pathetic experience. I visited a relative couple of times and had worst experience. The security staff, appearing to be the supervisor, deployed to manage the entry at ground floor lift lobby doesn't know hospital policies and processes. One day he happily allowed kids (12+ years) and on the other day started citing policies that they don't allow any children.
Found the behaviour really idiotic and moronic.
I don't have any experience with their medical staff, but the security staff is good for nothing.

Horrible conditions pls do not come rather go for a small clinic, I m waiting for a test to be done here for 3 hr, In last two days only two test has been done, doctors and staff will leave u alone its worse than govt hospital.

Very poor patient handling, we came here for annual health. Checkup.half day has passed away, still I am empty stomach.

Staff is very unprofessional. From housekeeping to nurses everyone are to obsessed to mobile phones. Here in Max only one nurse is taking care of 6 patient in one shift. Food and beverage Dept services are horrible, fnb individual for patients won't appear before 30mins after calling. Admitting my father here was worst decision ever.

The doctor here does not give the right information about the patient. The hospital does not have experience doctor. In order to complete his target, Max Hospital sacrificed anyone, why the patient is not a panel, cancer patient not recover in this hospital

First of all they dont know how to treat a person who himself is a doctor and knows about a lot of things
They charge extra for small procedures and when you get ready for that they will keep you waiting for long by saying unavailability of bed and other things
And when you request that please call your seniors to talk then they always have an answer that they are busy in meeting
Moreover they do not have proper channel and doctor doesnt explain that how to proceed for procedures which they only have written

Very Bad behaviours of Doctors and Staff. They treat the patients like inhuman. Nursing staff is not trained enough even for basic things. Doctors don’t come in IPD very irregularly. Doctors also not good particularly in paediatric dept.

Well the wards and the doctors are pretty helpful, thought the treatment is bit on the expensive side but the facilities pay off. The hospital gives due diligence to old people.

They give the car at the time committed and arrange pick up and drop also. Staff is also very cooperative

Worst hospital u can dream of, my uncle went for byopsy for kidney. Which the Dr could not perform correctly damaged his kidneys then intestines and then rest of the organs. We will regret the decision of going for byopsy for rest of our lives. Do not know how u guys manage to get sleep after taking life’s of innocent

Max always cheated people, they play with our emotions, my father was suffering from cancer last year Dr. Arun goel took the operation and this year Gopal sharam taking care of my father treatment but they are very careless. Doctor shifted my father to ICU room and my father stayed in ICU room from last 3 days but they did not do anything they done the keemo and radiation after that my father conditions is very critical. From last 3 days my father was suffering from breathing problem and I told to nurse and ward boy also they said doctors are busy and now my father is no more. All doctors and staff are very careless they always make their payment. We always shared the each and everything to doctors but they don't know how to treat the patient at last they told that your father is expired due to cardiac even how can we trust that bcoz my father was a cancer patient. I lost my father due to max doctors and staff. I wish one day they have to relised their mistake.

Hospital is very good hospital staff is very good doctors are experienced and well behave specially dr. Arun goyal and team Oncology department. But hospital is little bit expensive
