The carelessness of Dr. Sangam resulted the irreversible lose for my senior colleague Dr. Tandon. A minor ignorance of a doctor may cost a huge lose for a family or patient itself, therefore I request you to treat your patients like your family member and never ignore any possibility for mishappening during the medication procedures.
A most professional and well run taut unit, Mayo Hospital in Lucknow has all the modern facilities and very affable and polite nursing and housekeeping staff. A very special Thankyou to the very dynamic and ever smiling nuero surgeon Dr Shiv Narain Pandey. Dr Pandey professionally handled the nuero surgery for chronic and acute case of subdural haematoma of my 80 year old father (retired Army Brigadier). He was very interactive with us and gently made us aware of the benefits and cons of the procedure. My father had full faith in Dr Pandey and his team. He mentioned also the hospital has a very positive and good feel to it. We were very fortunate to have come to Mayo Hospital in Lucknow for the complicated procedure of requirement of neuro surgery. Post operative care and follow up is top class of the team in Mayo Hospital. My warmest of regards to Dr SN Pandey and heartfelt best wishes to Mayo Hospital Lucknow. Godbless!
Actually this hospital is not supposed to Exist in now a days world of Humanity and Medicine Care. Worst patient experience, PATHETIC staff duties experience and money making machine from helpless and medical disgnosed patients. Moreover the management and Directors are just misusing their political impact and social contacts to keep them hidden and safe, otherwise this Mayo medical centre is not legal any Medical licences also. Time and again various cases and government raids and penalties have been marked on these people, still they are not improving.
They hid details of the patients report, the patient being my grandmother, from us and refused to share any reports with us. They are simply a money-making hospital with no intention to help the patient.
Mayo hospital gomitinagar is worse then a clinic with unprofessional inexperienced nursing staff, who don’t know how to take handover from ICCU to HDU, they don’t have value for human life. There management head Anupma doesn’t care for what’s going inside, even after multiple emails nothing changed.fathers, this guys only purpose and goal is how to make money there medical store is selling the items at triple the cost and in a day they will rip you of in medical bill in range of 40-50 k for last day they made it 1.5 lakhs for us. There medial store manager Manik even overrides doctor prescription and manipulates to make money. It's a strange place where doctors argue amongst themselves on whether to discharge a patient or not, causing harrassment to the patient, it's family members and attendants.
Their bad intentions are clearly evident from their actions and response. It takes them more than 12 hours to execute the discharge process. They can fall to any level (Yes I repeat ANY LEVEL) to stop the patient from being discharged.
Billing - Extremely poor billing. They keep increasing the bill without informing and keep adding things to your bill. They do not provide an estimate of expenses that will be incurred.
Recommendations: Go there if this is the ONLY choice you have. Before admitting the patient, insist for an estimate of expenses. Tell them clearly if you can afford or not. Monitor the progress of your patient and keep track of medicines. They may order extra ones. Take the prescription and details of every doctor visit/consultation. These people charge high amount in the end.
I came here in serious condition and the doctors and nursing staff dealt excellently. All the doctors and staff are very polite and of helping nature. They keep a calm atmosphere for patients.
Got admitted for Covid treatment for 7 days. During hospitalization care was taken in very good manner. Infact from admission to discharge it was smooth. Staff taking care in Covid centre was very caring even though they were restless during work. Same was experienced with Doctor and other admin people. Overall it was very good.
My mom still admits to the hospital. As I was informed by the chest physician a day before yesterday that she will shift from ICU to ward. I deposited the outstanding balance. After that ICU duty doctor said that your patient will shift after 24hr observation. Next day I spoke to chest physician and he said that yesterday I have already spoken to shift the patient. Overall there is no proper coordination among staff members. And we are paying our money and time for that. Second is about the medical store of the hospital. There is no discount on mrp. For ex inj merovisita mrp is 3548 rs. And not even a single peny discount. So treatment is not cost effective.

My very old parents were admitted due to Corona, Doctors of mayo took the challenge to cure them and finally my parents overcame corona issues successfully. I thank all the doctors for timely support and especially nurses for their didicated services. Finally I thank mayo hospital management and staff for supporting during this critical time
