My lifetime worst experience with this hotel and restaurant.please don't go and book for any type of party.

Worst experience. Bar had no beer available. Order something but received another thing. Untrained staff. No privacy. No good music. Wrong billing. Don't give discount on ur membership card. They just tell u but dont apply in bill. Never recommend to any of my bro/sis.

Last week we attended cousin's marriage there, Everything was well managed, best part we didn't get traffic issue becz they have location out of city's

Expensive for what pictures says. Rooms are average.changed rooms due to paint smell. The other room had water clogging problem in bathroom.

Place is quite happening these days as people residing in Southeast end of Moradabad prefer to host marriage parties.

Beautiful Rooms and delicious food. The only lacuna is that it's far from City center and they don't offer any pick up or drop service.

Very well maintained and greatly organized functions. I went here for a marriage and i must say i enjoyed a lot. The food was delicious too. Because it's sort of secluded from the main city, didn't have a lot of crowd but it is very beautifully made

I have been to this place more than once, few things stand out
1. Staff is very courteous.
2. Hotel is very clean.
3. Food is fantastic.

I have been staying at this hotel for several years now.

But this has been my most dissapointing visit. It is extreme winter this time and having hot water in the washroom is a basic requirement for any hotel. I have been struggling to have hot water since the last 2 days of my stay. No matter whatever complaint you make, they just can't make it work. Evrytime it would require many guests from different rooms to get after them for long time and only then they would temporarily make it work after hell lot of a struggle but till that time the bathing hours are already gone. It has been a feature for all 4 rooms me and my colleagues have been staying this time.

Biggest dissapointment is that the hotel staff have not been able to identify the real problem, acknowledge it and fix it permanently.

I would never recommend a stay here during winters.

Superb taste of the food. I have visited the restaurant 2 to 3 times due to delicious taste of food whenever visited Moradabad. Hospitality of hotel management was also good.

Staff is smily type. But rental car is very costly. Eating out is better option.room service is slow.and quantity of food is not satisfactory.not value for money. Credit Card options for payment is better. Reception does not keep cash.sad.

Standard rooms are pathetic. Oyo rooms are better then that.
Room service took almost 30min to deliver a tea. Flush not working properly.
Just dnt book standard rooms here.

Restaurant is not good, bad service too much spicy food, rooms are average, bathrooms below average.

This is most probably the second best hotel in Moradabad at 5000-6000 range. They are little outside the main congested city and you have little breathing space with an aqua park beside. Rooms are big, well managed and clean. You could enjoy big lobby and spacious surroundings. Staffs are very helpful. Their food is also good but they are going through massive reconstruction; that's why restaurants are little mismanaged.

One serious suggestion: they should work on the breakfast menu, they should have few more dishes. May be one or two non veg and few vegetarian dishes.

Note: they have decent arrangement for drivers.

When going to Moradabad.one can stay in Clark's Inn happily as nice place to stay. Food is very nice. But RoomService is very slow.

The ambience was ok however the food quality was very poor furthermore no business ethics are followed here
Be careful before being here as the hotel policies are very poor and fool the customers on the billings

Clark Inn is located on Moradabad Rampur rode right next to perm Wounderland. It has a nice large open space. You can plan a gathering of upto 3-4 thousand people. Ample rooms. If you are coming from Moradabad City, do not take the flyover. The place is located before the railway line.

One of the best options for stay in Moradabad.
Clarks inn maintains this property so as to make sure visitors feel great comfort and use services like Gym, spa, buffet sitting in non metro city.
Staff was very cooperative specially at the reception as well as in the restaurant. They were able to satisfy all the needs specially for my kid.

There is an amusement park cum water park adjecent to this property which is a great combo if maintained properly. Hotel can also see if they can provide private access to its visitors like some beach properties do in coastal areas.
A little far from city but good as it's away from population and pollution.

One of the best holet in moradabad also you can book for weddings, parties ets.

I have visited this hotel several times and I think its a good hotel in every aspects. I have booked through a nice guy Ankit he is one of the good staff in hotel. I would like to prefer everyone.

Awesome place at a good location. Spacious rooms. Good staff. Would recommend it to everyone. Would just like to see better DTH than some local one on TV.

Nice hotel. I was there to attend a function and booked room in same hotel.staff is good, polite and helpful Nice quite room with complimentory buffet breakfast. Nice food and ambiance the food it was tasteful and I'm damn sure you also feel good whenever you go there.
