I have visited the centre for IUI process of second cycle, after consulting the doctor we came to know that our medical conditions is not optimum for better results, so we decided to postpone the procedure
We have paid advance payment of 5000 for the process, that was our biggest mistake
When we told them to refund back our amount as we don't want to proceed further, they said it will take 15-20 days to refund back the amount
After 20 days i again visited centre to take follow up as amount was not refunded, they told we have initiated process it will take again 15-20 days
I had visited the centre on 25 Nov 22 and now it is almost 2 months, I haven't received my refund
Now they are saying they have initiated the refund process it will be done in a week

I mean while taking the money, it took less than 5 min but while refunding the amount it took them 2 months to refund back the amount, what a pathetic service, don't waste your time here and strictly don't do any advance payment

I want to share my experience about medicover fertility Centre Ghaziabad, I really regret that time when I chose the IVF cnter Ghaziabad for IVF treatment, after all payment all staff will change the behavior, we have a lots of physically problem in during the treament doctor and other staffs are too bad, no knowledge to staff, our results was negative but they guy's never call us, I suggest to all pls don't go to medicover for treatment.
