Meditest is a very professional medical laboratory with a proactive and helpful staff. The tests are very affordable and are done at home at your own convenience. So you don't really have to worry about having to squeeze time out of your busy schedule. They reports come on time and there is a timely follow up by the concerned managers on the status of the report and associated services. I'd recommend them.

I went to website and requested a call back which I got within 5 minutes. Lab report was declared around 7 PM. Next day requested for free consultation got it within an hour. After that received a mail related to what diet I should have for a month.

I opt for full body test of my son. I just called meditest helpline and booked for home collection of samples. Reports were correct and accurate. No need of second opinion. Moreover the samples were collected by professionals. And the same day I got his report.
Plus point is that their team has also given diet plan chart on daily basis which is easily understandable and followed up in daily routine.
I suggest others to opt for their medical test through meditest who are taking very minimal charges as compared to big pathlabs.

It's sad as i was promised that the urine sample will be collected the next morning which still hasn't happened and the person who came for blood test is not even taking call.

I am really impressed with the professional attitude and expertise of the person who came for collecting the sample. The entire experience has been quite good. I have ordered twice in a fortnight only because of good execution.

Had a very good experience with Meditest team.phlebotomist was on time (5: 30 am) and took sample with complete hygiene process (gloves, sanitation and everything) and got all my report in same day in evening around 6.
Also got free consultation for dietician and a low carb diet plan.

Excellent service. Unbelievable, in India of such good service accuracy. Hope other businesses follow same model. Staff is very hard working, customer support accurate and attentive even in night. Sample collection agent experienced and gave hardcopy with responsibility. Though there is pressure of accuracy of collection time and report delivery still in positive way have below suggestions.
Suggestions:
1. Related to slip. Add three things on payment receipt. Booking id, download report link and agent name.
2. Related to report. Though report seems accurate and nabl certified, still it was missing final conclusion or radiologist final viewpoint of any problem or concerns in report. The problematic issues though we're highlighted. Also allow to discuss on phone with any pathologist or radiologist about report, which is possible in other labs and pathlab. Report is missing final conclusion.
3. Make ways of appreciation for field agents through customers. In my case pervinder did a great job. He was accurate and cautious at sample collection, well dressed and responsible. You can add some point system for their appreciation, which educated customers can give them a mark of appreciation.

Compared the creatinine test result with other expensive labs. Meditest reports are accurate and fully reliable and at the same time price is very very genuine. Taking their services from last more than 3 years.
