Mega Motors Workshop and Service Center

No clearty from adviser regarding the problems after service, I would prefer to communicate to technical person

My experience with Mega Motors in Vibhav Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, was disappointing. Despite paying for a car service, they neglected essential details. After washing, my car wasn't polished, and the interior lacked vacuum cleaning. This lack of attention to detail leaves much to be desired in terms of their service quality.

It is an extremely busy place. Preferably try to reach early by 9, thought the floor technicians mostly arrive by 09: 30. I was told the service opens up by 08: 30am. The work done is standard and up to the mark of maruti.
Update, regarding spare part replacement like windshield wipers, takes time.

Not satisfied with the work and price is so expensive and service is not good with the price.

Ok experience. Service centre is big with spacious entrance and front so in that way better experience than other maruti service centres in the area.
Negative is that you have to make your voice stern to be heard. Felt most of the staff is not versed with the automobile service sector.
Mechanics are ok.
Overall just like another maruti service centre with a little less crowded place

I visited this store for body repair. 8 days Delay delivery.low fuel from 2 point to 0.wheel cover missing.on making complain they attached black swift's wheel cover in my white dzire.very poor service and irresponsible staff.don't visit this store if you love your car.thanks

Mega Motors is very expensive workshop, they are taking around 35-40 % more than the other authorised Workshops.

They doesn't care about your time, they gave me time f 3: 30 and delivered the vehicle at 5: 30

Even this one star is enough to rate them as they are negative in commitment of service. Worst experience with service center don't recommend anybody to visit for service.

Size, Space on time delivery and cleanliness are the plus points but the quality of work leaves scope for improvements.

Purchased new WagonR on 30 Dec 2019 and soon a sensor was faulty for last more than 10 days they are trying to get part from company. If they don't have backup close down service center. Pathetic Service no value of words they speak

Very slow service.half of service bay are vacant due to lack of techicians. If not alert they may charge you extra for non required parts to be covered in servicing. Even additional parts also cover in compulsory jobs if not alert. Worst experience.

मैकेनिक व सर्विस सुपरवाइजर के बीच अच्छा तालमेल ही नही है काम करने में कोई जिम्मेदारी नही है मेरी गाड़ी up 32 dl 1160 काम होने के लिए भेजा गाड़ी डिलीवर के समय काम अधूरे रहे दुबारा फिर सुबह भेजी फिर भी अधूरे रहे आज भी अधूरे है गाड़ी चेक करने के लिए उस दिन टूल्स ही नही थे समय और रुपिया दोनो ज्यादा लगे मैं दुबारा अब कभी सर्विस इस सेंटर में नही करवाना चाहूँगा

Mega motor group is very well maintained Maruti car show room and service workshops centre. You can trust and have expected results in deal. Location very good facing new Gomti nagar Railway Station in Vibhuti Khand.

The services here are good. Staff is cooperative. They keep asking you for tea and coffee always and they make sure you are comfortable. They keep updating you about the car being serviced also. You can also watch your car being checked but be careful as there are lots of machines all around. Overall impression is good.
