There are no details mentioned in the website about prior appointment. The behaviour of the receptionist was worst. Doctor was available but still they told she was on leave. After being empty stomach for so long and facing such harassment was not acceptable. Their behavior shows as if the are treating patients for free.

Booked appointment on call, and the test went smoothly without too much waiting time.

Doctors and staffs are very good & by the way very reasonable rate of CT, Ultrasound and x-ray comparison of other diagnostic centres so pls visit it without any hesitation.

I had never took any service from them. But high rated reviews look paid one. So I will warn every one please choose wisely. Even I was planing for some scan here, but now I'm confused.

It is good, but time taking services. Its need to improve because time is precious for All. Staff is good & supporting. Lack of facilities like Ac was not working properly. Again I like to say, "Little Improvement".

Good centre for test like ultrasound, mammography and x ray. I come here for my mother breast cancer mammography test, they told me the test cost Rs. 2000, but it was for both, my mother has operated on one side, so they returned me the half money, very generous staff. Anyone can visit this diagnostic centre, every test cost is genuine here, no over AR extra charges.

Worst experience. Unprofessional staff and doctors. Request everyone not to go at this diagnostic center. Totlly unprofessional people are there. Especially the reception person and the lower staff.

Very Cumbersome process of Appointments. Front Desk person need to learn a lot more about hospitality. If you talk to her, she will continue to tell whatever she wanted apart from listening you. Seems like a one way mode of communication. This is not ideal and kind of arrogant behaviour. I believe front desk person should be able to help people along with communicating properly in an appropriate way rather than just misbehaving with people.

Looks like a new built diagnostic, we called in for an appointment, specifically asked them will it be instant as we had to see a doctor. The receptionist said yes sir if you come here just now it can be done, we reached there in about 10 mins, made the payment and then she said wait for an hour.

So they try to get as many patients whatever way they can.
In times of covid, the waiting seats were not resanitized when another patient sat on it.
PATHETIC.
ALSO only hand sanitization is there, no temp checks and nothing else.
They have a drinking water filter and dispenser which happens to have a steel glass. When asked for a disposable glass they said they do not give any and they sell mineral water inside.

The dealing staff is rude and would do anything to cover up their mistake. Not worth the effort.

Despite telling the nurse that the needle is being inserted in an incorrect way, she didn't stop and inserted the medicine in my hand which led to this much swelling. Never coming back to this place who hires MTS as nurses. Pathetic experience.
