Well i had career counseling sessions with Bhumika Phutela ma'am in Nov 2022. I was in a situation where i couldn't crack a college and was eagerly waiting to change my career path. Then comes the guidance of Bhumila ma'am. I had 2 sessions with her and those sessions were like a blessing for me. I got to know my interests and a career in which i would enjoy being a part off. Then fast forward to today i have received the college and the credit of this amazing career choice goes to Bhumika ma'am. She is really helpful and even helped me with the material which will be beneficial during college days and how can i overall ace in life.

I was under different circumstances when I opted for my current career but over the years my conditions have changed and so did I as a person and my career started to feel disheartening. I was scared to consider pivoting my career and wanted to take a systematic approach. Thus I opted for this counselling (thanks to instagram algorithm).

About the Counselling, it takes place in three steps. A psychometric analysis followed by two sessions of counselling.
Bhumika as a counsellor did a good job by hearing me out and I told her every thing, even things I haven't said to anyone about my work life.
Based upon the psychometric data and analysis of my thought process we tried to narrow down on the options at my disposal at given condition and circumstances.
Things I learnt:
1) Systematic record keeping of options at my disposal and their benifits.
2) Use of linkdin.
3) You are never too old for considering a career switch and it's normal to think about it.

Bhumika's guidance is like cardinal on compass, they can give you directions but it's you who has to do all the traveling. I won't impose that I am all clear in my head now and I don't have any doubts but atleast I took my first step after attending this counselling and I am on my way.

Being very very honest to everyone here I would actually like to thank my most outstanding counsellor actually for whose counselling I did make a perfect decision for myself and all is that here I am. Thanksgiving to my counsellor (Bhumika mam) and also his very counselling.

Ms. Bhoomika is an extremely efficient therapist with the available resources to guide a person help discover more of their interests. She also provides a few practical ways of exploring your interests, she guides you to make a best decision based on your interests, your natural instincts, your background & most importantly the time you need to allocate to new career exploration.
Apart from doing her job exceedingly well, I have found Bhoomika to be very compassionate & genuinely interested in helpings others especially during this confusing phase. She did go out of her way to help me on multiple occasions to help reach my goal.
