Very bad service.just making money.if you come here your whole day will get waste in queue for multiple tests.

This hospital is running on the name of only Dr. P Lal. He is one of the best doctor for heart but other doctors in this hospital don’t have sense of talking with patient specially CCU/ICU/Emergency duty doctors. On discharge hospital used to give you a emergency number but it’s irrelevant. Whenever you call on this number they talk rudely and not even listen you properly. Disgusting doctors.

If there is option of 0 or minus rating i would give that. Dr. Rishi emergency ward i asked him to check my husband toh he said ki arre koi dikkat ni hai normak fever hai fr humney bola ki 4 days se thik nahi ho rha Medicine leney k baad bhi toh he repied arre viral 5 days ka chalta hai toh mre force karney par bola vitals check kro patient k vitals k naam par temperature check kr rahey they toh maine bola vitals mei bp pulse bhi ata hai wo bhi check karo and kafi der baad bola inko acute pharyngitis hai uski medicine di.fr hum aaj max hospital gaye wha mere husband ko tonsillitis detect hua. Toh mera whole point ye tha ki yha emergency ward mein baithey dpctor ko koi interest nahi hai patient ko check karney mein

There is too much rush on weekends. The doctor himself out the billing invoice on the table and calls patients. Solution: Like the token system is automated at hospital similar automation needs to be done at Doctors cabins so that everyone comes in a sequence.request the Management to look into it and find a solution to streamline things

Referral hospital from remote area hospitals. Earning Great by referral, hardly now about results but have doubts of actuals.

Worst experience with Dr. SANJAY Sanadhya in Metro Hospital, Sector -11, Noida.
He is only working for money as In last 2 days he prescribed for many blood tests and while I presented with the report next day from another Blood Test Center (Outside from Metro Hospital) his face explain all the scenario and again he prescribed for USG and again I use outside center for Ultrasound and when again I visited to present USG report so he asked to get a new pay slip of Hospital on which he will review the USG report. I had seen many dr.clinic, hospital but no one ask for re-payment for showing report.
Although, the behaviour and point of action at the time was not good with me by Doctor in front of another patients. Even, I told him sorry for that and i will take new hospital receipt for another all visits.
We all of us treat to all doctor as God but when any doctor treat us in this manner that hurt alot. Today, i really want to provide minus rating to Dr. Sanjay if possible here due to only his behaviour.

If you do not want to see your love ones live then you can choose this hospital. All people are here sweet dival who fuse your original heart and fix his machine who will work like ATM for them.

Really please avoid this hospital.

Hospital is equipped with all ailments in connection to heart treatment. Staff & Doctors are nice & thoughtful. Always available for help in case of requirement & emergency.

Right at the Emergency Gate sewer is overflowing with the worst odour coming from it and in such situations they are transferring patients on wheel chairs. The fees of the hospital is so high and yet nothing has been done for such serious issue.

Worst facility and management. No time management no value for time. No one listening to you. Never go to this hospital. You will definitely regret it.

Excellent caring and supporting staff. All other branded Hospitals suggest to my mother for Bypass Surgery but here after examine to them, doctors suggested for angioplasty. Great doctors. I must say that metro heart hospital opd's management is very bad. Nobody is responsible all over load is on a single person. Waiting time is too much. All counter should work and cooperate, new patients file making system should be any saperate counter. Test billing counter should be seperate and opd billing counter should be separate. If you want to save your time kindly be attentive. Kahin se koi bhi aakar line mein lag jata hai. Improve your opd system.

Low star rating for the desk staff. They have no clue about the names of tests, neither people at reception nor lab. Am yet to experience the hospital. Need some luck.

We have been consulting Dr. PT Upasani for the past 4 years now and the advice and treatment has been very beneficial.

Dr. PT Upasani is a senior cardiologist here and one can find him in the OPD department.

The hospital has all the required facilities for an highly effective treatment. The treatment is also not very costly when it comes to major operations or interventions. The staff is also very helpful.

This is located in Sector 12 Noida. It is a highly reputed hospital as well.

A very good hospital for the heart patients. I visited it two months back and had the best treatment. I am now fully recovered.

When you get admitted there, the kind of care you will be given will make you feel like you are at home and not in a hospital. I spent a week there and the nurses have been very nice.

Worst hospital. Just concerned about making money. I took my mother there just for a PT/INR test but the lab people were too insistent about admitting her before even doing the test and seeing the report. The lab people are not trained enough. They tore the previous report twice before printing the third one and they kept on calling other people for advice to make a report. The lab people need to be trained enough to do it on their own. The doctor there after seeing the report advised her to get admitted for 2 days. We found all this fishy and then we took this test from Dr. Lal Path labs and the report given by Dr. Lal path labs was completely different from what Metro Hospital has given. This report was showing her completely normal. Shame on Metro hospital for just working for money.

Great facilities and the staffs are also extremely polite. The Hospital offers and overall care to its patients from the time of admission to discharge.

The staffs, especially the nurses here are very polite and patient. My mom was recently admitted there for a surgery and for someone like me who can be impatient at times, the professionals there have been such a patent listener. I would truly recommend this hospital to everyone.
