Extremely overpriced. If you want to get admitted, make sure you always have a person with you who is ready to run around to get things done, because the nurse and staff do not respond to emergency rings from the bed. They also take a lot of time to get anything done.

Actually this the nearest hospital from our home in emergency. Experienced Doctors and staff is very Good and supportive.

I had my Arthroscopy left knee surgery on 20.10.2023. During my hospitalisation, I came across Ms Simran Srivastava, Patient Care Executive, for being on the front lines of care. Her kindness, dedication and healing touch is speechless. She never made me feel like a burden and always eager to listen to my concerns no matter how busy she was. I would like to thank her and management of the hospital for excellent care of mine during my entire stay at the hospital.

My father underwent Gall bladder removal surgery by Dr Rajat Saxena. He is an excellent surgeon. We had a great experience with the hospital and staff.

I have known Dr. Anurag Tandon for the last twenty years. He comes from an illustrious family of gastroenterologists and has been a go to person for my family for decades. Dr. Tandon has assembled an excellent team of doctors, including Dr. Monika and Dr. Dilip, at the Metro hospital. Together they have provided excellent OPD and IPD care duly supported by the staff. The hospital is one of the oldest in Noida. While other hospitals may have more younger infrastructure, Metro delivers a far more personal experience. My sincere thanks to Roopa didi at the nursing station, Rita Barua didi at the medical imaging, Preeti and Himanshu at the front desk, Naresh Thakur at the ward support and Shivveer Singh, the ever smiling guard at the lift. It was a g8 experince meeting with Dr. Anurag tandon. Half of the problems were removed by his behaviour and gentle talk.
The way of talking was superb and the way he deals with patinet it juat like i am not meeting him first time

Very bad experience. I have visited here for 1st time today. My arm have very worst pain so i think to go there nd get the X-Ray dkne coz its been 3 days that i have facing this pain. I go there & ask to do the x-ray so the receiptionst ask to give the doctor prescription so i said that i dont have any doctor prescription so he said go the x-ray department nd ask to give a slip to do the X-ray but he refuses to give. He said go to the emergency dept nd do your checkup with any doctor. Emergency dept is fully occupied so somebody refer me to go to the basement nd checkup with the doctor pulkit so i go there nd do my checkup. Dr Pukit also refers to do the x-ray. Finally after so much of effort in moving counters 1-5. X-ray dept refuses to give the x-ray instantly. If these multiple speciality hospital doesn’t understand the patient situation who will understand. Even I request 2-3 person over there to give the report urgently but nobody listened.
Secondly, as a receptionist he should know the process that x-ray dept does not write on paper to do the X-ray due to patient demand. He just wasted my time in moving around the hospital windows.

Doctor Anurag tondon and team to much good good behaviour good dealing and 4 floor nurses good dealing night nurse like Riya and bacheeta good staff all nurses good.but ICU nurses is not good very bed behaviour that's it

Servicing and patient handling is very good here. Other staffs are also very caring. Also Doc. Tondon is very understanding and provides information as needed. Overall fine experience here.

Very bad experience with Doctor Anurag Tandon (gastroenterologist) very rude with the patients, very bad as a person as well as in professional field where he did not had any explanation of the patients concern as to why it is happening.

I went there for my child.pediatrician is good.but the whole system is very slow, we r not getting cbc report it's already 16hrs.even their lab's number is always switch off and busy.very disappointing service.

Hospital and doctors are so good but the staff is ridiculous, when i go with my patient they tell me to go in different counters and taking too much time, and when i tell them why you are taking so much time to admit a patient they said its normal and showing attitude, i reach in the morning at 9 but they admits my patient at around 3. And whenever i ask to any staff why you are not admitted my patient if the file is complete then they start ignoring, from my point of view its better to choose surbhi hospital as compare to metro.

I have to add one more line to my comment that why there is same procedure for the patients who discharge 3 or 4 days before and come to visit doctors again for consultation and they are not even in very good condition but still they need to wait for 2 to 3 hours because there is so many patients before them but atleast they have to make different rules for the patients who discharge few days back.

Yup. We like the hospital. All the services especially the emergency service is great. All the doctors and the staff are very freindly and cooperative. There was no delay in food and medicines. Patients room and washroom were being cleaned time to time. Overall I liked the services and satisfied.

The worst hospital with the most incompetent team of doctors my father was admitted for body pain was in there for 7 days but these private collage passout doctors couldn't diagnose the issue
Worst team of medical staff in terms of doctors they only hire people who have been passed out from 3rd class medical collages who take money and donations for admissions arrogant and cheap doctors couldn't even diagnose simple arthritis only know to give PCM for every symptom the managing staff as well as the nursing staff is really good appreciate their professional behavior and care

Dr. Deepak Talwar and team is the best of all and the treatment and the prompt response to improve the patient condition is incredible. Staff is good and very corteous.

I came to emergency at around 6.30pm on 3 April 2022 with severe headache and nausea.
There were many patients lined up and only 2 doctors were there. Both the doctors were busy on treating only patient who was lying on bed 1.
Doctors did not see me for 15 minutes and i went because that patient was creating a ruckus unnecessary and was shouting at other patients and fighting among themselves.
Please my request to you is to provide us with more doctors if emergency is so busy and please keep guards inside emergency if psycho patients come
They can be thrown out so that we can be treated nicely and in peace.

All over good staffs also gud but some doctors they have no proper treatment knowledge. I hope improved service.

Good staff and was not very crowded, no temp.check, just mask is required to enter. No scanner/metal detectors at the entry gate. I went there for pathological tests which were at very competitive price but had to wait for more than 2 hours for USG, rest were quicker, same for billing as well, it didn't take long time. Good parking space and not easy to navigate as well. The front road is narrow but traffic was ok.

Unprofessional Nurses and Doctors. Even they don’t know. How much quantity of milk can feed of new born baby. They gave 3 spoons of milk powder with water instead of 1 spoon. Idiots. And both of doctors and nurses are behaving like they are on lovers point.

They dont have PET CT machine still they dont even aware you that they are going to make you travel 30-40km and charged you 43000/- for a test which can be happen in just 11000/-

Even the CA-19 reports are also obtained from different hospital, they cant done a single test in there laboratory. Just wasting precious time.

My pateint was admitted under doctor Rajesh Bansal for metro hospital. I have never seen such unprofessional and casual doctor and hope to god will never find anyone like him in future. He treated my father-in-law and did nothing other than doing dialysis. Pateint was admitted for two weeks and the doctor made the situation bad by the way of his treatment. Doctor only thinks of increasing hospital bill and have no etiquette towards pateint family. Words are less to describe the things we have went through under this doctor

I am not sure if there is any management to fresher doctors or staff.
Doctors in emergency room, giving medicines (NS-100) and upon asking of reason, different dr has different reason, dr says "aise hi/ for Bp/ for pain relief".
Our mistake that we have been for emergency for stone pain. After 3 hours of non sense talk of their's with no relief.
Nurses uses foul languages to all attendants for all.patients like keep only one attendant "baaki sabko bhagao yahan se" and many more statements like this.
Dr Sabeeqa in emergency was in extreme rush to leave for her home after her shift without considering her patients.

The Hospital is run completely to loot the patients. You have X problem but they will start doing unnecessary checkups for Y. Completely unprofessional Doctors & other Team. Better to go to a Govt. Hospital.

Small sized hospital. Staff is very lazy. Reception team is less cooperative. Patients themselves or their family members needs to take the form everywhere to get the admission done. Why the team is hired if patient is going to do all the paper work. Hygiene is also not good.

One of Noida's worst Hospital, No care for the patients my grandmother was admitted here they didn't took proper care. The medicine's they gave were generic thus not affected. Lack of hospitality, Doctor's don't check the patient. I recommend Not going there the nurses were unprofessional. Going in this hospital is like going to death bed nothing else

Totally used Generic Medicines.
Dr. Priscribed ethical medicines but staff will providing totaly local brand and generic Medicines. Dr. Deepak also not entertained any patient only visit as a formality.

My grand father was diagnosed as carcinoma of food pipe, esophageal cancer in 2014 and was treated under supervision of Dr r k Choudhary at metro cancer institute preet vihar delhi in Nov 2014, after completing treatment my grandfather was tested agian and all tests were normal
He become cnacer free and was absolutely normal

Doctors are good and nursing staff are also good but administered staff are very irresponsible I complaind from last 3 days for tap water problem in toilet but no response found.
My patient is admitted for treatment @ uppcl panel but I have paid all charges in cash but they could not provided private room for my patient specially ms priti behaved

No one is wearing masks not even the staff.
Loud music being played right outside the ICU ward.
No wheel chair is available for patients.
Worse than government hospitals.

Small sized hospital. Went there to get PFT done for my mother. The lab is on 3rd floor. Will appreciate location information on website and entry point. Lot of rush in OPD with no social distancing.

Hospital and doctors are very good but clerical staff basically sitting down in basement for billing are very arrogant and rude, they are so proud of their job that they talk rudely to every patient and spoil the image of metro hospital.

The experience was so bad, I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.
Ward boys, nurses in the hospital were not wearing masks and gloves. I personally saw two ward boys entering without masks and gloves in a general ward which had eight patients. Boys who come to give food were without masks and gloves which is so unhygienic especially when you are delivering food to a PATIENT. After calling them out their attitude was so casual one person also said ‘’maam corona khatam go gaya hai ab” imagine that coming from a hospital employee.
Wrong and incomplete details are provided to the nurse. My father being a severe diabetic patient and who also has got kidney issues, his full report and information wasn't provided to the nurse. The nurse in room didn't know if she had to check his sugar with a glucometer or not and gave him the food without cross-checking with the doctor's. She was not even aware about it and later no insulin was provided.
Hospital sanitation is very poor, very unhygienic hospital. Technically only one attendant should be allowed per patient but here families are sitting and chilling in the general ward. Their general ward has eight patients and there should be one attendant per patient but we witnessed more than 1 person per patient in that a room without a mask as well. I mean obviously what will normal people do if the medical staff is not following the protocols.
Again I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. The patient needs to check with the nurse everytime, they don’t even bother to check with patients until unless patients themselves approaches them.

Great doctors and nursing staff. Always there for you. Dr Vivek Tandon (laparoscopic surgeon) and Dr Kapil Singhal (Anesthetiser head) were always there for my care.

Got operated my Mama for hernia and prostrate. All thanks to Dr. Vivek Tandon and Dr. Aahutoah. Special thanks to Dr. Kapil, Sr. Anesthesist. Sid not come across any problem. Everything went as planned and even the patient was discharged within two days. Extremely thankful to everyone

Patient was brought to emergency on 28th June 2021. Immediate attention was given to patient under doctor - Kapil Kumar Singhal. Patient was diagnosed with Brian stroke which was treated well we have seen gradual recovery. Followups have been suggested. Overall very much satisfied with the treatment so far.
