MGS Ford

The only Ford service centre remaining in Lucknow area, extremely busy service station. It takes your whole working and business day here. Service just satisfactory not highly recommended.

Worst experience ever There was sound in car after service. During re-visit they checked it casually and could not detect the problem.
Also they sold Road side assistance by telling the wrong facts. It is better to look some other place for service.

Worst experience.ruined rear suspension of my car during service, charged me for alignment and balancing (they didn't do it). Lastly 1 feet scratch during delivery. On 2nd visit they said 55k is required to correct the same. Dacoits

Had a terrible experience. Do not get your vehicle repaired unless you have lot of money. They will do a good for nothing job and charge you heavily. I went to them since my fan was not working and coolent leaking, they make it work and charged me for that, within one hour fan stopped working again and on complain they said that they did what was needed and now you have to bring your car back to us. No transparency or accountability. Please take risk of going at your own cost

Big chaos due to Indisciplined parking of vehicles in approach road. Although approach road is no more a road. MGS employees are ok.

Approach inside is horribly muddy, with potholes and cluttered with vehicles
The entire complex require immediate facelift of roads and vehicle pads. It's pathetically too ill maintained ti cater Tata, Ford & Citroen

Merits-:
Very polite, helpful and caring staff.
They try to get your car ready after service in tha given time frame.
Facilities were very good like coffee, water, toilets, etc.
Hassle free booking of service slots

Demerits-:
Road connecting the service center to Faizabad road is in very poor condition.

I visited there last week for the first time.they took my car for service without appointment that's very nice of them.all was good except they kept me waiting for my car after completing the service for 2 hrs just to get my car out from their service bay.this should be improved.everyone's time matters

Worst experience, late response, mostly whenever u tell them any problem in the car they will always advice that this part needs to be replaced and the same problem persists even after replacement of that part, then after multiple visits ur problem will be sorted out
Yesterday I got a call for reminder for car service and I told them will visit today at 9am to give car for service but when I reached there only 2 service advisors were there, 1 was busy with a client and other was roaming and was on phone call, I told him to inspect my car but he didn’t care and even after waiting for 10 min no body attended and I came back and told them not to give reminder call for service when u r not attending customers properly

Ford Service center with professional staff and my service experience of owning a ford car is excellent feeling. Always excellent services provided by them by them.

Please do not go to this service center please they do not have skilled technicians they even cannot diagnose the fault in the vehicle and the communication is very rude specially shivangi advisor my vehicle went to mgs ford and they kept my vehicle for 6 days and after 6 days they repaired and again after 2 days same problem came in to my vehicle and now they are saying we don't have any guarantee for the vehicle if the fault will be in engine they will say change the engine and if there will be fault in tyre they will say change the entire part they do not know how to repair any thing my battery was good they replaced it only for the big amount bill only they know how to print the big amount bill and no response from any one please try to go in narain ford please thank you

Overcrowded and take appointements or you have to return felling sorry.best time is to reach there at 8.30 and after that they will tell you that they can deliver your vehicle may be before lunch just for a normal service.somehow felt after effects of ford exit for sure on both mgs and narain too

Today I visited MGS Ford for inspection of my EcoSport as Traction and ABS light was glowing due to wire cut by roddent.
Issues were fixed by technicians well within timeframe. Kudos to service advisor Mr Mukesh who understood the problems and promptly resolved the issues.

We were traveling down to lko from delhi, and suddenly our car broke down, anyhow managed to reach to the toll plaza of lko, contacted Mr.pathak for the help and he was beyond the expected, so professional and supportive and humble, really a big thanks to Mr. Pathak and all his team for the help and lovely gesture.

Very poor service station. No proper to enter there even u can damage your vehicle to reach there specially in rainy season.

The service experience is not that bad. Worst part is the location of the service center and the entrance road which is full of potholes and muddy water. So after service and wash your car will look disgusting once you drive out from the service center.

Good service. Sitting area is clean and you can get tea, coffee and water bottle. You should take some interest in your vehicle to get satisfactory work.

Best place for Ford car.
Services provided there are at par excellence.
Staff is well decorated and well behaved.

I must say 10 on 10 for each and every thing they offer. The hospitality the customer care every thing is bang on.

You need to spend whole day for service as they have a huge number of vehicle to deal with.but neha from sales n service did lots of effort to resolve my issues.she is plenty good to deal with customer to help them while servicing their cars.

I was on the way to Noida, and have some problem with my wiper on a rainy day. I called the place and got hold of Mr Manish Jha. The way they handled the situation was awesome. I reached the place, 2-3 staff were outside the campus waiting for me. Settled things in 5mins and freed me in 20min with billing, even I have to not move out of my car.
I like to appreciate Mr Manish Jha for the professional behaviour. I like to congratulate Ford MGS, Ford India for having such cooperative staff in the team.

MGS Ford is one of the two Ford dealers of Lucknow which is best in both service & body repairs of Ford cars. Book prior appointment for service & leave rest of all to their skilled workforce. Service advisors are well versed in their job and courteous. Charges are standard & reasonable. Even 14 -15 year old vehicles are provided service as the new models. Top management is very supportive.

It's a hectic place and I have my ecosport and saw scratches in bonnet and their version of explanation were not satisfactory. But supervisor strive hard to do her part. It's a neat environment but its has jobs beyond its control, or overburdened. You need prior bookings & its inside the yard of Tata agency

Service center located @Faizabad road.they gave detailed information about costing what you going to bear. 4 star because they sometimes take extra time to deliver, may be they have less staff. But overall good services.

Best showroom to purchase FORD vehicles! Though Lucknow has other showrooms too, but the staff members at MGS are better than the other ones. I have purchased a Ford Ecosport from MGS, thought i have visited the other Ford showroom first, just because of courteous staff and good service.

My experience at the other Ford showroom, which is located at Hazratganj was not at all good. These people seems to be disinterested in selling the vehicle, while the MGS chinhat has a great staff, so I changed my decision and purchased the vehicle from MGS, though rates were exactly same at both the places!

If there is possibility of -5, could be suitable to this service center. Pathetic people, ignorant supervisor and bunch of liers.

Customer service is better and provided service as per commitment. Refreshment provided is very encouraging.

Its service station of Ford cars. Staff is by and large cordial and service provided them is also fine.

Their washing area needs extra watch. Mechanical shed is satisfactory. Don't expect a cafeteria around if you decide to stay along with the vehicle.

The MGS Ford workshop is best for any service requirement of Ford cars/SUVs. There are only two Authorised Ford service stations in Lucknow in which service quality of MGS Ford is far better. Personal attention is given on each vehicle and automated washing platform is latest inclusion. Staff and technical team is very courteous and efficient. Only drawback is rush on Sunday and Holidays. Be there early to to avoid waiting and prebook service request. Aproach road is shared by Tata workshop and is in very bad condition. It has big potholes filled with mud during rains and need immdiate attention.
