In every business three things are important one is behaviour, quality and competitive pricing. I was dealing with owner Ujwal and sales head Ashar, very nice people to deal with. I bought a customised SOFA which took few more days but the quality and look is awesome. I think it’s the best showroom in Agra where under one roof you’ll going to get most of the decorative items.

I am an old customer of MI Furniture and it is always an amazing experience to visit the showroom. Yesterday I purchased Furniture and I am fully satisfied with the behavior of staff. Mr Arshad was very helpful in selection of items and ensuring quick delivery.

Poor services they are giving as they give the defected dining table to us which costs 70k and also they are not responding there staff always keep switch off their phones and the paint of sofa is not good and we complained about it because we purchase in last April in only a month the colour of sofa is faded I highly recommend to not to go because of there services and concern for customer is worst

Very Bad experience regarding online purchase of sofa bed with Mi Furniture. Despite regular follow up and requests on whatsapp and calls regarding fabric color, cushions, sofa dimensions etc.delivered product was different from chosen one.
There are no options available to return it and rather accept it as complete payment had to be done before dispatch of material. Its very disappointing to accept dull fabric material as delivered by Furniture shop which is probably done to consume old material of store.
If purchase is being made remotely, better avoid it.
