Mi Service center

Quick response is not seen there.
But I got the correct solution regarding my mobile phone and television.
They took a lot of time to do the same

Bahut hee chaman typ ka service centre hai koi kaam time se nhi hota hai. Hamesha bolte hai baith jao wait kro. 16 din ho gye Phone ka DO tk apply nhi hua

बहुत सुगम रास्ता है जाइए स्टाफ बहुत अच्छा है अच्छी सर्विस है वहां पहुंच कर टोकन लो और अपनी बात रखने का मौका और प्रोडक्ट से जुड़ी समस्या का हल अवश्य मिलेगा ध्यान देने वाली बात है की प्रोडक्ट का इनवॉइस, बिल बाउचर लेकर जाए तभी बात आगे बड़ेगी नही तो आपकी कोई मदद नहीं की जा सकती है।

Not customer friendly, service man frequently change the price of articles. Not suitable to purchase branded items.

Horrible place I went their with my mi trimmer and they said I cannot help you this product is not being manufactured

It was a good experience. Your work will be done as soon as possible. You can try for sure.
Area of improvement: Front desk person should try to understand customer's need and urgency a bit more to improve their customer service.

They take so much time to get your mobile repaired. They did not repair my mobile according to TAT. Whenever I asked for mobile every time they said, " Wait for some time. "They should be honest while telling that in how much time my mobile will be repaired.

Worst store ever visited. I went to buy a SonicCharge 2.0 data cable for my 33W Mi adapter. The price on the website was 299/- (with delivery). The in-store personal said they'd give it for 499/-. I told about the price online to which they refused. I went to Mobile Wala, Vidyarthi Market, Chawla Chauraha. And got the cable for 299/-.

Don't waste your time on this service center. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Specially if you phone is under warranty. I have visited the Service center 3 times.

1st Time. They did not accept the phone according to them there is no issue in the phone.
2nd Time: Some how after lot of effort I was able to show the issue to them. So they have accepted the phone and just reset the device and returned the phone to me without resolving the issue. I have verified the phone IN front of them and shown the issue to them, then they have changed the data cable.
3. First They were ready to accept phone, but after connecting to customer care and lot of argument somehow they were ready to accept the phone.first they said it will take 3 days then 3-7 days and after that 3-7 working days.

Very bad service. Propar accessories are not available. They asked me to take battery with out bill with nominal discount. Fortunately that battery was damaged. Most important thing the behaviour of the staff, specially ladies staff is very bad. Don't waste your time there.

No knowledge of anything. Having a bad behaviour and seems like making fool of people by saying each n everyone same problem like software and we have to change sowfare
