That employee behavior was very good and team very cooperative and supportive,
I have Given Rating No of 5 STAR.

I visited the place in 2019. The staff back then was very cooperative and understanding. The staff now is grumpy and rude. Not providing the service they are appointed for.
Major change required

Was visit other service centre not provided any solution

I came here on working time. They didn't give me receipt and promised me to send it on WhatsApp but they didn't.
I called them many them, everytime receipt person is now available, when she came, we will send it to you.
And one more important thing next day somebody call me and said I'm from Bareilly cyber crime branch and your phone was hacked. I was shoked, with in a minute I blocked him and report on cyber crime portal and also it's help line number

It's under the basement the MI service centre is good because it provides the best service in Bareilly I visited three times there and every time I got satisfaction because they have all the necessary units to work my earphones were not working that's why I went there but they were having the same earphone in stock so they replaced my earphone on this spot and that's why it make my visit awesome and I recommend everyone to visit this place if you are having any issue with your MI product.
