Mi Service Center, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (Qdigi)

Juat ok.only one staff was there and too much of people there. No water drinking service available. Anyway got phone repaired in lean time foe what i was there so it is ok

•The Lady sitting on the front desk was awesome, she was friendly to everyone. Also accessories are available if you wish to buy anything.

•Solved my problem in just 2Hrs and had "Parts" in stock therefore i didn't have to waste multiple days.

•MI service center always do cost a lot. But, that's MI's fault not service center's so THERE IS THAT.

This service center was for destroy our phone.
I had to sell my phone after service, I had completed about it, but mi don't take any action on it. Neve buy phone from mi website and never go to this service center.

My brother's redmi note 10 pro front camera has stopped working after 6 months of usage. The phone is in Waranty period and the service centre has refused to repair it.
18k is not a small amount.
I request you all to boycott Redmi Company.
In this budgetthe other company provides a better phone with good service.

Located opposite to Bikaner RDC Rajnagar on first floor.
Little mismanagement, since no ticket system.
Only one representative available on front desk and it took too much time to process, seems understaffed.
No water available, you have to ask the front desk to get water.
Service and price are ok.
Timely update is provided over phone and sms by the team.

I have a Redmi note 10 pro phone. The phone is just 6 months old and the front camera has stopped working suddenly. I had visited the service centre and they refuse to repair it under warranty.
My humble request to all of you Please boycott Redmi Phones. Because they are not giving value to their customers.

How can their service be good, these people did not pick up the call even once on 50 calls.so what do they know about the behavior of these people by going there.according to me, these people have very bad service.

The receptionist was very rude, there was a minor issue with software but they suggested to replace the battery and motherboard. Issue got fixed on normal shop in just basic troubleshooting.
