So I visited them when I started having issues with poco x3 charging they told me my charging socket is damaged and it needs to be replaced i trusted them as it was MI authorised and they told me it comes with 6 months warranty so I paid 1200 for the charging socket which would've cost me 350 in the market but nevertheless I paid them after a week i started having problems again with charging and i visited them again they took my phone and come back and told me that the socket has moisture in it so they can't repair it i told them my phone was never near moisture how could it get moisture but they kept saying we don't know if you have dropped your phone in water or pour water on your phone so I asked them to open my phone completely and check if there any other part that have moisture so they asked me to pay extra 180 rs for it i told okay I'll pay 180 rs but if they found no moisture then they'll have to repair my charger socket so they denied and this came names vasim ulla and threatened me he will keep my phone if I don't Stop complaining in front of other customers and won't give my phone back and will even charge extra from me and kept on using unprofessional language they are thieves always asking for money at every step and once they know you won't pay them then they show their true colors worst experience ever never gonna visit them.

This service centre is not good when I submitted my phone they said the charges are 5k but when I get my phone the charges was increased upto 6k and my phone was returne too late bad experience

Very poor service, i visited store for my redmi note 4 battery, when I asked to that lady who sitting on counter, i want to change battery, she said let me check, i waited there around 1 hours and asked more than 10 times, but she did not replied me, very unprofessional lady.

Staff's are not cooperative. There is also a minimum common charge for everything which is costly. Overall experience is not good

Things are different nowadays and you know it. This is one of that place where they take half of your mobile cost if you want it to fix. There is basic charge to test what's wrong with your device and it will be around ₹150 (₹118, When I'm writing this), so you have to pay it and it doesn't matter whether you want your mobile fix or not, you have to pay this charge. Next, whatever piece is faulty they will replace it, The motherboard costs around ₹7000 to ₹10000. Display cost around 3 to 4 thousand and so on, so forth.

Believe me, Just take a new one and Be happy.

They were talking like a uneducated persons.
They were not friendly. They were talking very loudly and saying your phone is not under warranty but my phone was under warranty I had a bill.

This is Mi Service centre in sanjay palace if your mi phone is damaged then this is authorised services centre you can also visit here the staff is good in behavior to coustomers my here you can get many types of Mi accessories and drinking water is also available, overall my experience is ok.

Didn't repair my phone. Following the rules of (Covid-19) corona. Drinking water facility was not ok since no separate glasses was available only one bottle was available for all to drink. There was no separate entry and exit gate available.

Very long waiting time. Don't go there as they will loot you by several charges and additional taxes. I went there to replace my folder, they charged 3799 for folder + 350 service+ 35 for adhesive for pasting the folder+9% SGST+9%CGST

BETTER to buy ur spare part online from other place and go toh ordinary mobile mobile repair and install it there. You'll save 18%GST + 350 service charge+ other.

I visited mi service centre sanjay palace in front of LIC building and I loved the service there. And the staff there is very good behavior.

My redmi note 7 is suddenly switch off and not start by any means that I told service center and they took my mobile charge me 118rs. (without warranty) and software charge is 177rs. And it all done in 2 hours and 20 min totally.
My experience is very dispointing in service center my mobile should be ready to go in 1 hours maximum
Edit: after 2 hours they charge me for usb charging port which cost me 770rs in local market it done in just 150-200rs. They just rob you and eat all your cash

I have visit here few days ago to repair my redmi note 9 pro.
I felt like there staff is not qualified to handle the issue of customer. One of the staff name sarita Or i think sarika
Yelling to customers for each and every case she said your phone is damage in very rude behavior.
When its my turn to check my phone she said it's damage I turned up and ask her how can u say this is damage screen there is no scratch dant bump anything on body I purchase this latest model couple of week before the problem is the screen is off and on automatically after this one of the technician nikhil comes out and said I have to check for approval from HQ you have wait they waste my almost 2hours then said we will inform you over phone. After 7 days they replace the screen.

I suggestion when you visit here be prepare to handle them mi recruit such dumb CCE on the reception.
