Mithila Travels & the services they offered, all are fake. If u don’t want to spoil your vacations then please stay away it’s a trap. They take bookings only by doing false promises.

My experience with Mithila Travels was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the details to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.

From the outset, Mithila Travels failed to confirm our hotel stay in Delhi, causing unnecessary panic upon our arrival. This set the tone for a series of unfortunate events that marred our entire trip.

The driver provided by Mithila Travels was nothing short of a menace. His reckless driving not only jeopardized our safety but also reflected a complete disregard for responsible conduct. We repeatedly asked him to slow down, especially on pothole-ridden roads, but he ignored our pleas. Instead, he remained engrossed in Snapchat and video calls while navigating the highway, demonstrating an alarming lack of responsibility.

Upon reaching Rishikesh, we were shocked when the driver refused to drop us at our hotel, which was included in the itinerary. Instead, he left us to wander with our luggage, a stark deviation from the agreed-upon arrangement. Furthermore, he insisted on collecting parking charges of Rs. 400, despite these charges being explicitly mentioned as included in our package.

The promised sightseeing in Rishikesh, including Ram Jhula, Patna Waterfall, and Goa Beach, was a complete sham. The driver falsely claimed that cars couldn't access these areas, leaving us to explore on foot. Our valuable time in Rishikesh was squandered due to this misinformation.

Our stay in Kedarnath was no better, with the unpleasant surprise of a rat in our room. This added to the growing list of disappointments during the trip.

The unprofessionalism displayed by both the travel agent and the driver was astounding. Every interaction with them was marred by unpleasantries, leaving us emotionally drained and regretful of ever choosing Mithila Travels.

To cap off this woeful experience, the driver abandoned us in Rishikesh on the second-to-last day, disregarding the agreed-upon stops on the way to the airport. This abrupt change in plans was a final testament to their utter lack of professionalism.

In conclusion, Mithila Travels provided the worst travel experience I've ever encountered. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to seek alternatives. This company's lack of responsibility, unprofessional behavior, and disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed.

Worse experience before travel started he started arguments on payment terms, at last moment changed hotel, they just manipulate you in every step, told we need advance for hotel booking but they didnt booked hotel at last moment they booked your hotel as per availability,

Mr Mukesh is very rude and ill mannered guy, we booked 17 seater traveller.

Driver is also they alot is big cheater skip places to visit and started argument.

No prior documents ready because of them in dehradun checkpost it wasted our 4 hours because payments are not cleared and updated, i personally went to RTO and atlast sort out the matter, do not trap in there sweet words and dont make advance payment of 25% they are all big scounderls and ill mannered.

If you take objection they started shouting at you and told jo karna karle paisa vapas nhi karenge, big goons they spoiled my whole journey of 9 days

I booked my trip to Uttarakhand through Mithila Travels, overall it was good experience. Suraj from Mithila helped us throughout this trip, he was constantly in touch with us, Thank you Suraj for all your support really appreciate!
But there were few things can be improved, we were little worried for those.
1. Dyanasty Hotel property was not properly maintained, I feel little uncleanliness.
2. Driver was good but car was not in good condition, there was unhealthy smell in it.
3. We should get room types options while booking as we feel premium deluxe rooms has gallery where as in deluxe we didn’t had, and it was a matter of 500-1000 rupees. We asked to change our room to premium, we can pay extra in hotel Sun & Snow but those were booked already! Overall staff was very friendly there.

Best Stay - Maya the forest resort from Jim Corbett, we loved their ambiance rooms food everything!

So in July we booked a travel package for Kedarnath and Badrinath. Ravi Singh handled everything very well and had a great knowledge of every route n all. Hotels were neat, hygienic with delicious food. Cab was also in good condition and driver Sumit was very humble. Kedarnath start was also good. Worst experience ever. Driver Anuj is disgusting person, don't even know how to behave and talk with customer. Always asking for money after few hours. Every time keep saying owener dont have money, he won't give any money for diesel, toll food etc. So at the end he took almost 90% payment before the tour ends. It was raining i asked him cover the luggage above, he clearly denied and told it's not my job, it's your luggage you will do yourself. I am not doing this kind of job.
So guys don't trust these type of taxi service
