Really happy with my decision of joining here. My Coach and everyone here are very friendly. Even though I am a bit anxious, it didn't took time for me to get comfortable here. Monu sir can be both strict and friendly and pushes us to our limits. In my 2 month of training, I saw some really good changes in my physique and stamina. These few hours of training helps me relieve my stress. I really look forward to my class everytime.
