I recently joined SparxIT, and it is unquestionably fantastic to be a part of an organisation that is progressing. Everyone in this place is extremely pleasant and welcoming. I took part in the Diwali and Christmas celebrations, and both were fantastic. Everything, from the decorations to the many entertaining activities and gifts, just seemed perfect.

I joined SparxIT two months back, and it's been a good time since then. Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful. If you really wish to learn and grow, then it's a good place to work since both of them go side by side. I attended the Diwali function this time and it was too good. From decorations to various fun activities and gifts everything just felt right.

It is very good place to visit and work here. Great work culture and very good leader here. Hr behaviour is good. After interview they provide proper information about your review and also provide some information where to brush up your skill.

Sparx IT solutions is Very worst organization I ever seen. They are playing with future of employees. They hire and fire employees according to their mood and they call employees Zombies. Also all five star rating are fake.

Interview process needs to change.
For Employer: Try to do all the interview round within one or two days, Don't ask candidate to come your office again and again for interview.

I have been working in the mobile app development department at Sparx IT Solutions for 3 years. It was a pleasing experience to work with a dexterous team of developers and got a chance to learn the latest technologies.

I received an email for interview for the role of Project Consultant. Interview was scheduled without any communication over phone to know my availability. Tried to reach person who has sent mail, but I got no response over mail. The person who receives the call on customer care number disconnectes call just after saying "Hello".
