Doctors are really nice, accomodating and very helpful. Especially Dr. Deepak Thakur who took away all our fears related to the surgery. Nursing staff and all other staff at hospital are great - Sr. Kim, sr. Ritika, sr. Ankita all great and helpful.
However, there is an over all shortage of staff which sometimes leads to issues both for the staff and for patients. Authorities should look into this and solve this to make this good hospital a great one.
Also, there is no water cooler and drinking water is available only via plastic bottled water which are all one time use. This leads to extreme plastic waste which should really be looked into and changed - sustainable practices need to be adopted - deducting one star only for that.

Never go in this hospital there are no one known that what treatment we can give to patient. I had admitted my father in this hospital 9/12/2022 because (ESI) dr. Said to have angiography in this hospital and second day under the in front of all staff, doctors when my father have heart attack doctors said in that serious condition you can go with your patient with another hospital because we don’t have specialist. (They don't have any ambulance, don’t have oxygen machine also)
When we reached other hospital dr. Said your father have internal injury that given by moolchandra hospital.

Now my father not with me. Just because this hospital (such a worst hospital ever I see in my life)

Incharge Lalit and nursing staff and puja (GDA) very supportive and friendly to patient despite of staff shortage.
Suggestion: Staff working under pressure due to shortage of staff but doing their best to serve patient.
