Very bad experience.

We tried the service 3 times and took the baby care maid on trial. There are a number of issues which these baby care helps lack. Below are the major ones: -

1) Lack of basic hygiene - The helps dont wash the hands after coming out of toilet, cleaning baby’s potty etc.

2) Ringing of Phone - These helps keep receiving calls throughout the day and phone is always on ringing mode. The concentration is less on the baby care job and more on the phone.

3) Work Timings - If the work timing is from 12pm to 8pm, they will have one hour of lunch interval and will leave the home by 7: 50pm. If you ask them why are you leaving early, the answer comes as “We need to go home and buy vegetables, travel takes a lot of time etc etc. As if we dont work in our respective jobs.

These are some basic things which these helps should know. These things cant be taught. If we have to teach these basic things, then why are we paying the agency.

Rekha is a great and reliable staff. She does an amazing job of looking after the kids and keeping them entertained. Thank you MTS to providing me a good staff.

The staff provided is fine. But the management is quite poor. The management tries to make fool of consumers by forcing their will on them. I took baby sitter and later maid services from them.
Experience with maids was fine. But the management didn't care for safety of customer while giving replacement. Even if you pay, replacement is there for a day only and then they force you to take someone else.

Used the service for 2 month and few days. I must say it's an excellent service provider. Mohit was really helpful, he provided the nany when I needed the most to take care of my wife and new born baby. Rupa Didi is amazing at her work. No needed to tell specifically for her duty.

Extremely fabulous service, no need to worry about anything at my home. Politely speaking staff as weel as nanny well experienced. They give proper replacement if m not satisfied with service. I recommend to use at least once their service

My experience with Mother Touch Services has been really nice. We have been availing their services from last 18 months and so far they have been able to manage our expectations very well. We did face certain challenges few times due to inevitable replacement of babysitters. However, the management was very supportive and ensured that we get a replacement who suits our requirements. The service is good and reliable. The response time is also good. The paper work is hassle free and was done at the door step. I would recommend this. The only suggestion from my side would be to ask for a trained staff to work at your place. My friend has got a wonderful trained staff but my experience with the staff was very bad but the agency admin staff was very helpful and whenever I complained they took action.

Although a little more expensive than other similar agencies/services, Mothertouch has more flexible terms of engagement both for customer and service provider. The babysitter was very professional and easily mingled with our twins. At times, she was able to engage both the twins in playful learning activities. Her lack of reading english is a minor drawback which is easily compensated by her ever smiling nature. Overall, i would recommend Mothertouch to those in need.

Overall, mother touch provides a satisfactory services and sends a decent staff to work. Apart from this, owner is good enough to handle the help they have sent in case of day to day issue

I have taken services from my baby for 2 years from Mother's touch. I found Mohit to be a reliable agent and have provided 10 hours and 12 hours nanny as per our requirements. His payment and contract policy is very clear which also l found as a plus. As a working mother, it was difficult if the regular nanny had to take leave on work days. He has a replacement policy and provides help for those days which are extremely helpful for working parents.

The strenght of the agency is for 12 hours help/nanny. This pandemic they are also providing for 24 hours. Since it is new area, l feel the agency has opportunity to inprove in this service area and find, vet, train and provide help for 24 hours. The leave policy and training for 24 hours is an area they can work and improve.
