Horrible service. I had to go 4 times over 3 weeks just to get my bike's software updated. On the 4th time, I was told it doesn't need a software update.

They cheat people what they show and they deliver default vehicle.

The staff is really polite, talk well. The store itself is pretty large and covers all the products offered by Bajaj India

Because of this kind of dealership customers dont want to buy Tata cars. Booked both tiago and tigor evs and for one reason or another had to cancel both bookings. And it is over 3 months now they are not able to get a sign on a check from their MD...

They do formality only i have Bajaj avenger for 2nd service they just clean My bike the change oil and clean the air filter only. And say it's fine no lubrication no after cleaning nothing.when I insist to clean it properly then lubricate my chain.not...

Very very very poor staff and the service station have no tools to get the solution 1thing they all know that is arguing and all the reviews are done by the showroom itself

I think you should close your services as per I made booking for my scooty service but from 11 am to 4: 30 pm is going on

I have not got any response and person who is making job card is also too much rude

I had given scooty for service and they had kept it with almost 1 month but service was not done up to the mark. Very bad service. Customer service is very bad.

Seller of good cars is better It's your employees who keep customers satisfied.
