Your company's status is totally fraud. All employees & employer is not working as professionalism.because in this company creates a mismanagement related to salary for prior employees.
So as per my advice noone can go with this company if you can go with these persons only create abolished your career.

Your company is doing fraud as well as mismanagement.which is liable to blunder on your side.your company is suffering from which type of moment creates a Lifting of the corporate veil as per the companies act 2013.you, persons, are liable for this

I was impacted by this Fake company's bad experience with MOUNT TALENT COMPANY.as per my admissible everyone to escape from MOUNT TALENT CONSULTING Pvt. Ltd.

Its been more than 2 Years i left this organization but my FNF is still pending. I dropped hundreds of emails to them but they really do not care. I worked for 4 Yrs with this organization and this is what i am getting. Even the higher authority is like that only they also ignore your emails and never reply. MTC is such a worst company. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Best place to work and grow, Management do focus on 2 way strategy Employee Growth as well as Employer Growth. On time salary payment and office located near Noida sector 16 metro station

The worst company ever. The recruiter Vipul Bhatia miss behaved with me asking irrelevant personal questions and then after giving the interview they told me I've cleared the round nd asked me to wait but they just keep saying wait wait wait for sometime and in the end they said position is on hold. Seriously worst company ever nd they are not at all professional.

Mount Talent Consulting company is good but the person working there who is Mr. Amit Kumar HR head is not good. When I went there for interview he stare me. But the other employees there are good.

Worst experience. One lady contacted me and she did wrong with my profile and not picking call and not even replying to messages. Even tried contacting the company they are also not replying. If you get a job call from this consultancy don't give your information.

Everything is negative here. It just knows how to digest the hard earned money of the employees nothing else. It's CEO himself is a fraudulent person and the managers appointed here are themselves involved with him. He is an expert only in fooling employees. It's HR and Accounts team is itself involved in his fraudulent activities.

I would suggest not to join this fraudulent organization otherwise it will digest your hard earned money.
