Very bad communication and talking behaviour.

Staff having a good communication skills they are aware with the product specifications got billing done in couple of minutes hassle free billings with various offers on payment.

Wide variety of product range and courteous staff glide you through a nice and hassle free shopping experience. Worth every penny.

TREAT TO YOUR EARS AND MIND

Bought a polk audio SE series with 1700 H denon from here. No demo given for denon 1700 H which is very strange and they were charging 10000 rs for the installation which is bit expensive. I have got it done myself and it costed me just 3500 Rs (banana plugs, cable and RCA cable)

Had an amazing experience. Purchased marshall stanmore, suggested by Ansh. His knowledge in sounds helped me while choosing the machine.

Ansh Bhatt - salesman was very warm and welcoming. He demonstrated good knowledge of the Bose speaker and his services have been second-to-none.

First of all, I would like to rate 5 Star for locality of the SHOWROOM which is situated at the heart of the city.

Secondly, the infrastructure and interior inside the SHOWROOM is awesome.

Third, the staff is great and too friendly.

Fourth, Product Collection is good and demonstration of product is mind blowing.

Fifth, most important, Owner is too pretty and behavior is so friendly.

FIVE STAR FOR ALL OF ABOVE…….

They may provide the best products but their service is as worse as it gets. What is more worse is its owner and employees. Firstly, the owner is not ready to take responsibility of her employees and and then talks so rudely as if it was my fault that her ex-employee stole from her. I had to pay service charge to get my project installed.

Recently bought Bose S1 Pro from them. Experience was smooth and quick. Very knowledgeable and professional people. They have very good range of speakers and home theaters including Klipsch, jamo, bose etc.

Purchased home theatre from MSL audio visual. They offered me the best price in city with complete installation. The price was cheaper than any online portal. The owner is stubborn in her financial dealings but fair and prompt when it comes to service. I had faced some issues in the product after 15 days only but same was promptly resolved much promptly then expected i.e. Next morning. The technician narendra singh Yadav is very supporting and polite apart from being competent and professional.

Until now not satisfied
I paid advance amount for Denon AVR and Polk 5.1 (t series fusion) I was promised by the lady in office that I would get my AVR& Polk with in a week but uptill now no sign of it 20/8/21.
