Worst Health Checkup experience so far, specially as a woman.

1. Nurses are very physically aggressive while doing physical tests which require you to open your robe.
Specially nurse Aamna Afreen. She was forcefully pushing arms down when I was physically uncomfortable.

2. Zero bedside manners

3. They can't even provide extra water bottle stating that they are limited number, you can't even purchase it. Such a costly hospital and they are crying over 20 rs water bottles. Each nurse takes the bottle from your hand and doesn't return when you're leaving the room.

4. No test is explained, not even like the full form of a test like TMT

5. Forced to sign consent forms quickly and pressuring, not giving time to read

6. Forced to get tested by male doctors, consent not even taken or asked if we are comfortable with using male doctors in tests that require opening your shirt.

7. No professionalism while doing procedures, unnecessarily keep pulling your shirt open even when it is not required.

8. Any number of nurses going in and out while you're lying in the procedure table naked

Only few pros:
1. Provide good breakfast included in checkup

2. Ultrasound sir was very efficient and professional

3. Blood test was smoothly done

4. EHC Reception staff is very prompt and helpful

For Liver Diseases, I guarantee you that Dr. K. R. Vasudevaran from Jaypee Noida Hospital is the most dishonest doctor. All he had in mind was to set a record by increasing the number of liver transplants. He will compel you and your family to undergo the transplant. Our father's life was taken by him and we were given false hope. My father was moved from ICCU to a normal ward by him, giving our family false hope that he is okay. He was given a high dose of painkillers, carelessly and after that, he ceased the treatment of my father. Ventilation was not given to him when it was needed. My father took his last breath before doctors put him on a ventilator machine. By that time, my dad was already dead. His team is also corrupt. Dr. Sunita from his team started shouting at me and lying that my father was alive, but he was not. Her only intention was to raise the bill. This hospital is the worst and they are jeopardizing people's lives. Out of 10, only 3 cases are successful. Only positive things are shown to you by them. It is a scam running and the hospital is loss. Trust me, please don't go to this hospital. Thanks

Hi. I just had a baby boy delivered in Jaypee Hospital by an awesome doctor Dr. Jyoti Mishra. After that they have shifted us to a room where we were welcomed by Ms. Sakshi patient welfare department who arranges a sweet small party for us with cakes and Gifts. Thanx a lot to all. Whole experience was awesome. No word to describe the experience of welcoming a baby in world and it make easier by the staff and doctors of Jaypee Hospital. Thanx to all

Please dont even think to get anything done from jaypee. Their final billing approval process takes hell lot of time atleast 8-10 hours minimum which general takes 4-6 hours. Pathetic services.nobody listen to your concerns here.

Infra is great.till date treatment is good.food court is too expensive, what i feal totally a business model.

I had a very nice stay at Jaypee with helpful doctors, nurses, but above all two Didi’s who looked after me like I was their child. They changed soiled sheets and clothes, cleaned me up, and never for a second did they do any of this grudgingly, even in the middle of the night. I wish I had written down their names and could thank them publicly!

Jaypee Hospital is pretty good in terms of services. My father was hospitalised here for 5 days. We had no issues and everything went well from surgery to discharge. Thanks

My mother is a cancer patient and getting treatment from jaypee hospital since 4 months with several admissions. We have received great doctors treatment, nursing and Househelp services and are grateful for that. But highly regret to rate the dietician behaviour and food services as below average and extremely poor.

The patient is already suffering so much and on top of that they provide such poor quality food inspite of repeated telling and ignoring. Nevertheless, Highly argumentative, non empathetic, irresponsible dietician Astha has compelled us to write this review. Kindly look into this matter

My jijaji was admitted in this hospital for there heart treatment. The service of the hospital was nice. He is Happy with the treatment and consultation. Hospital is totally need and clean and following all the necessary protocol. Personally I haven't face any issue with this hospital.

It is a wonderful hospital with all modern facilities. Staff is good and patient friendly.
Only concern is about parking charges. No hospital takes parking charges from patients.

Worst in Covid vaccination drive. They booked for COVID-19 vaccination but didn’t do it on time. You have to wait till 10-15 people’s come for vaccination otherwise they will refused to do the vaccination. Please do not book for any consultation or vaccination worst hospital i have ever seen in my life.

If u love ur loved once never ever bring them to JP Hospital as they are making fool of patients and in the name of services they are just taking high end charges but giving degrade and pathetic services.

If u will say something they will shout use abusive language. I have gone through same. They are cheating in bill also when I complaint they said TPA Sai to aana hai.

1 they will tell u to get admitted and if u say yes straight away in ICU they will take
2 after that when will shift in ward u make sure that u have some one to look after ur patient because they have given huge burden on their nurses n GDA staff (helpers) on 7 patients one nurse is appointed so if 2 patients are in emergency at the same time there will one who has to suffer.at night all sleep well including there guards n helping staff.
3 so after paying so much money u have to alert every time because if u will leave on them u may loose something
4 make sure that u check the bill n they return all ur medicine are deducted from bill.in my bill two days extra charge was given because of there fault n when I complain they said TPA Sai to aana hai. The medicine I returned was given to pharmacy but not deducted from my bill n when I asked it took 2 hours to discuss what to do but no solution

So I n all look before u go they are big big cheaters

Poorest Service. 72+ hrs waiting and no report so far. No one picks in report section and asked at reception, they claim the best in world. The way you are treating the needy one, your own karmas will treat you the same way.

No vaccination in jp hospitals. They say govt not give me vaccine.this hospital is best for vaccination they maintain clean and social distancing.

One of the Worst hospital I have ever seen. My MIL was admitted to this hospital. Naive nurses hurt her st several places while taking the sample. The hospital is completely money minded, they do unnecessary tests to build on bill amount. They charged ₹25000 just for an MRI whereas the max cost should be around ₹6000-₹7000.we were almost being harassed there. Will never recommend anyone to visit this hospital

Dr. Gyanendra Agarwal is highly unprofessional, money - minded doctor. I humbly request everyone out here not to consult him ever.

Very nice experience I had in this hospital. Doctors are very good. Staff is very helpful. Dr Manju Gupta is a very good doctor who made the entire journey so comfortable.

In case of Emergency avoid visiting this hospital, because you have to complete formalities at gate then they will allow your patient and at billing counter you have to be in line because for them it is just a case they keep on completing their pending task rather than giving priority to emergency case.

I enrolled my mother in the physio department of the hospital. Dr Nirmal and Dr Ramesh are excellent. Dr Nirmal spent countless hours with her to fix the issue. They helped my mother recover from a long term issue in the ankle. Thank you Jaypee.

Very bad hospital. The doctors are no less than butchers. They told to do dialysis and declared the patient dead the next hour. The patient's family suspects that his kidney was removed.
They were billed unnecessarily and got no treatment despite the high charges. You can't go to this hospital if you care for your loved ones.

My experience at Jaypee was wonderful, I am taking treatment with Dr B L Agarwal Cardiologist, He is very humble and competent Doctor. Infrastructure of the Hospital is World class and I think this is the Best and Beautiful Hospital in NCR.

Jaypee NICU is well led by Dr. Ashu Sawhney, who is an expert neonatologist. Team includes competent doctors Dr. Minal Singh, Dr. Yusuf, Dr Purusharth, Dr. Deepak & Dr Shweta.
We are blessed with a pre-term baby, who is now 1 year old, born suddenly and much earlier than expected on Diwali day. At birth baby was immediately taken into NICU by Dr Yusuf who was immediately joined by Dr. Minal, who rushed from home on Diwali:). During stay at NICU, baby went through critical phases, but Dr Ashu and her team were able
to handle situation well. There were other pre-term babies as well in NICU.
Jaypee NICU has comprehensive setup of pediatric surgeon, trained nurses, blood bank and all other required staff and infrastructure for handling such cases. Today our baby is almost 1 year and doing fine. We are thankful to almighty and Jaypee NICU staff for taking good care of our kid. We still consult Dr. Ashu as part of regular pediatric
consultation, and found her good in this field.
God forbid if you need NICU care for a baby, then Jaypee NICU is a good option. While I do not have same opinion about gynecologist who handled my wife's delivery.

Forcing consultation charges despite government policy. Acting as a pure private hospital.
They charged unnecessary Rs 900 (consultation fees) for covid test. Over call they say the test is walk-in but at reception they charged 900 rupees extra after Rs 1600 (covid test charge). Total 2500. So better bring doctor prescription if you already have, they lie over call if you ask them.

Good quality care at Jaypee Hospital, Noida. Experience doctors, polite staff. One of our relative admitted in Hospital on 21 nov.the admission staff gave detail of estimate.during admission doctors gave the status of patient.at the time of discharge billing staff have explained the charges.having many option of payment. Very very poor service for basic things as well like blanket, food. My Mom is admitted to isolation ward till her covid result is out, but no communication to attendant only God knows how is she and what treatment is going on since on one is allowed near the ward.

Extremely pathetic hospital. No transparency, no care for one's health and well being. Arbitrary billing, pathetic staff and doctors. Strongly advise you to choose any hospital but Jaypee if you care about your health and wellbeing.

Very good hospital. Many Foreigners come here for the treatment. Looking is awesome. Cleanness is very good. Everything is great. Even you will not believe that this is a hospital.

So very sick of security staff asking visitors to leave regularly. Hospital management has to understand visitors are here to visit the patient and not live here. We will leave eventually. So ANNOYING. This is not our home we will leave. Can you stop annoying so much?

The hospital is good, hygienic, care is good.there are quite a few floors. There’s are 2 siting areas/lobby areas on every floor around the rooms. Just a usual hospital. Parking area, emergency, opd etc.check out the photos.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible doctors.she diagnosed me with pcod.i took treatment from there for arround 6 month but unable to conciev then i canged my dr.and it is found that i dont have pcod.infact i concieved at very first attempt as i changed my dr. And the dr name is dr jyoti mishra.she never responde calls or watsapp.not even on emergencies. Worst dr ever.

My kid had a minor cut in his chin and the hospital charged me around Rs 8,000 for it. The emergency department is just terrible. Overcharge people when they know the patient has no option. Doctors are just sales agent.

Very good service in jaypee hospital, situtated near taj expressway.good serives for patient in ward room some genral ward availlable tv sitting chair, if i talk about staf behaviour its perfectly good and nurses are also trained on their work if u want to know about patient meal its also good patient meal is coming in time to time and security services is also tight doctors vist on time and monitize their patients and well behaviour with them over all jaypee hospital is best.

Great service. Very clean and neat.everything is organised and the doctors, nurses, and all staff are helpful and friendly. The parking lot is very spacious and the reception is well designed.

Probably they have one of the worst hospital management in city. All receptionist and staffs are untrained and ignorant towards the plight of patients.

My wife went to see a gynec doctor named Dr Tulika Sinha. We have given appointment for 12: 30 PM. We took 2 hr break from our offices and reached there on time. But we have been informed that the Doctor is busy somewhere in hospital with other patient and will come after 45 Min. At the same time the receptionist advice us to visit her at her clinic. Which actually means that Doctor is at her clinic not at hospital.
But we have decided to wait for her in hospital. But the Doc never came, we have waited for more than 1 hour. After that on repeated insist the receptionist called the doc and then we get to know Dr Tulika needs more time.

Is it a government hospital? Disgusting! I will never go to this hospital again and will suggest to go there. I seriously doubt there commitment towards patients. And I have doubt over the Doctors's commitment too. Those who don't regards others time then how come they will be a good professional.

I went with my wife for health check up. The Hospital is very neat and clean and we were very much satisfied with the service delivery. It is worth spending money here.

Impressive building and great infrastructure. Seems proper care is taken to maintain hygiene. Super speciality Hospital with various dept. Claim they have best doctors. However, what i felt missing is proper care to patient and some doctors refer excessive tests/ investigations which are not required and patients have to bear the burnt. The open parking is nice and big.

Whosoever is in the capacity and want some good future of this business of JAYPEE HOAPITAL, let me tell you I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO SUCH A DISGUSTING HOSPITAL where a doctor who does ultrasound DOESN'T KNOW how to deal with the patient, how to talk and what to tell. Especially when she is doing an ultrasound of a 4 year kid.
It is so heartless behaviour of a doctor.
I had to get whole abdomen ultrasound of my 4 year kid. First, she came so late and to my utter shock, she even did not make comfortable to my child and just started his ultrasound WITHOUT KNOWING AND GIVING HIS MOTHER TIME, to take care of his clothes.
She just did it so HARSHLY and finished it off. Lot many liquid on my son's cloths.just finished and went off.
The another shock is after waiting for around 30 minutes we didn't get the report and we have been asked that it will be emailed before 9pm.
It's 10.30pm and no report has come where I had to show it to my prlediatric early in morning.but I'm helpless.wen called after 20 minutes of waiting we could connect to call centre person and imagine he said "I CANT HELP U, JUST GO AND COMPLAIN".

WOW.a so called 5 star hospital which does not know the ABC of hospitality.
The staff is so rude.
I am shocked that people get treated there, I am sure, only rich one as I found it costliest too.

Disgusting as we can't even contact to a concerned person for OUR REPORT OF ULTRASOUND (doesn't at 7pm around at JAYPEE hospital Noida.)
And that too wen we have already paid a amount of 2350 despite the fact this ultrasound is merely around 1500 or max 1700.

Executive health check done on 29th October 18, three times visited for report, failed to provide report. Told me to send in mail, but forgot till date 3rd November now. Very very poor.

Dr. Sanjiv Bharadwaj in cardiology department is worst ever doctor. Arrogant, rude, unresponsive, usually busy in clearing his yahoo inbox while talking to patient. Fees: Rs. 1000/-. Ok no problem. But nobody pays thousand rupees for a absurd chitchat. Not worth a 100 rupee doctor. Jaypee has started its downward spiral. Exorbitantly charges for low grade services. Pathetic, useless, and doesn't recommend to anyone thinking of visiting. You would be sucked off your money without being a little concern for your illness or problem.

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PREMIUM SERVICE!

I admitted my wife for delivery, the staff is pathetic do not wanted to work. Keep hiding here and there in order to avoid work. No one is there to look and supervise.

The security of the hospital is very rude, unprofessional. They allow person to see patient based on their decision, if they think they do not want you to pass then they will not allow you. Even though you have a visiting card.

Only reason I visited this hospital was because of doctor whom I was consulting but to my surprise she was on leave. There is no one to take care of customers problem, Jaypee has opened this hospital only to suck money.

If I'm paying premium price then I do expect as a customer a good service. But after seeing their service I will never ever suggest anyone to go their better visit a Government Hospital at least you don't expect any customer service there.

The guy sitting on the chair just said to a patient "yah feedback form lo jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo" & "ghanta fark nahi padta" he's assistant to doctor Anil Prasad Bhatt (Nephrology) most of the employees behave like this. Incident date 28th Sep 2018 approx 10: 50AM.

Many uneducated peoples appreciate cafeteria in hospital, instead of medical/ hospital service.worst hospital.security staff is illeterate.only few doctors are good Otherwise acute poor workmanship noted.

Money minting machine, I was with my 60yrs old mother and the reception asked me to go to nursing, nursing asked me to go to Emergency, Emergency again asked me to go to nursing again just to know that you have to buy injection/medicines from hospital for them to treat you.

This hospital is only great by name but when it comes to service it's horrific.

My daughter was admitted in Jaypee as she was suffering with severe vomiting. The doctors gave her some anti-vomiting medicine but her vomiting didn't cease. Also she began shivering and suddenly started having epileptic behaviour.

I called the night duty doctor as soon as all this began but he paid no attention infact he came to check her only after when I called him 4 or 5 times.

Her condition kept worsening with time. So I called the day shift doctor but he said it's nothing but a psychological issue and sent her to psychiatrist

On the way to see the psychiatrist we happened to cross a neurologist. At once on seeing her condition he prescribed a medicine which brought her to normal self.

But it turns out that the real problem was not psychological but the anti-vomiting medicine. It had attacked her brain because of which she was behaving strangely.

Hence it's by God grace that my daughter is all well today. Had we not come across that neurologist that I don't know what would have happened.

Also not to forget the rude and careless  behaviour of nurses or rather the entire staff. When we complained to them about this incident they said that it's not a big problem and we should not fuss about it. And discharge process which usually takes 3 hours took freaking 11 hours to complete. Also while in OPD they made us wait for 4 hours.

So if you really care about your loved ones and want them to recover well please don't bring them to this hospital.

It is beautifully managed.they have very huge size reception hall.and nice design.it is very clean.good for visiting.but about treatment i am not sure.many of my friends are admitted for treatment but non of them was satisfied.in fact they have been discharged from hospital and consulted other hospitals and cured only on tablet.
