Jio store mai aakr acha lga mujhe sim nikal wani thi mujhe phone ke bare mai bhi bataya jis se mai kafi prbhavit hua or Mane ek realme ka phone liya thank you team jio

Today Apple iPhone 14 purchase Jio store Bulandshahr staff behaviour is good special treat by store staff Mr. Himanshu

Staff is very helpful & customer satisfaction fully by store staff but store location is very poor

Storekeeper provided incomplete information that he is unable to issue duplicate SIM because of error due to which I had to visit the store twice. Later in the evening he said it cannot be done today as it is sunday. Already Jio is worst and worst customer service as expected.

We been there for jio transfer and then after dome all process he ask us for 130rs which is charg free when we ask it should be free then he said you have to buy some cable, charger earphone, or something whatever he had
Actually we don't want all that
Then he charge us 50rs which is totally unfair

Don't want to go again
