OPD for chest diseases where patients for TB and other respiratory and communicable diseases come and continue to cough has been located in a crowded atmosphere just close to ENT OPD. Patients visiting ENT OPD are much vulnerable to chest related communicable diseases very fast in such an atmosphere. OPD for chest diseases should be in an aloof area.

Worst management. Inexperienced nurses, poor wardboy and didi. We took the private room but the washroom was Very dirty. There were mouse in emergency and the staff was rude and arrogant.

The hospital is worst that even a mohalla clinic. They charge you with heavy amounts and staff patients are examined first. Even the nursing staff is poor, no sense at all. At first instance I found myself in govt hospital. They are running butcher shop. I won’t recommend to anyone
Staff has such an bad attitude, ac was not working, toilets were dirty, staff shortage also they were not even wearing gloves. They called us in the hospital around 7: 30 A. M, took my mother to pre o.t around 9 and then to o.t around 2: 30. Their staff were not at all cooperating in case you have any query

Worst experience from there Admin, PRO team is very slow and more over busy in talking to each other, even after explaining everything doesn't submit full papers to TPA which delays discharge process, discharge process which starts from 8.30AM in morning finished 7PM in evening a nightmare for patient and family.
Belive me, my grandfather was admit on 23 / 2/23. He had gas problem and he was not able to walk. Doctor was not available at time needed, staff is worst here at day one and second he was given antiseptic medicine not the one for right treatment they were not giving the reports, patient is not satisfied and not relieve from the problem, they don't know what's the problem . This hospital is making profit only.i suggest you not to come if want to survive.
Worst account department. They delay salaries for 2 months. Account department doesn't respond to calls. They just make excuses for delay in salaries. Pathetic place to work.
I was there on 1st jan 2023. Parking was empty but is costly compare to others. They charged 40 rs for parking instead of 20. Staff was little rude in ICU and was talking to someone on mobile phone inside ICU was doing inquiries about movie timing. May be because it was a sunday and 1st jan. Canteen is good and provide nice hand made coffee in 20 rs. Rest lounge for attendent is not good; was stinking.lot of mosquitoes… over all ok type of experience as visitor. But not good for attendent.
Worst hospital in Ghaziabad. It is just a profit making hospital. Noone is their for emergency patient. Even the nurse is making weird reactions for seeing vomiting. Dr. A. M. Singhal is their just to advise admission for making money. No cleaning. Not even vomiting get clean for 2 hrs. Pathetic experience. If patient's relative will not admit. Doctor will not advice medicine or food what to eat. Doctors are not available on time.
Patient's relative need to be proactive otherwise their patient will suffer. No sharp timing for doctors in ICU

The neurologist Aditya kumar gupta is such a rude doctor when we visited the hospital he wasn't properly listening the pateint instead he was busy playing games in his mobile phone. He doesn't even know how to talk to the pateints properly.
Very bad experience I did MRI here but incomplete report given by them when I asked for complete report they demand for extra charge to give report in CD but few days later they denied to give MRI report and said MRI images is automatically deleted from system. I suggest everyone never treated in this hospital if you want to survive. You can see that their focus is on only money making inspite of shortout the problem of patients

Narendra Mohan is the best hospital in ghaziabad, it is located near mohan nagar metro station, when we come to the hospital from the main gate in front, there is a very beautiful temple and park. I want to give special thanks DR. M. M. TRIPATHI This one of the best Pulmonology specialist doctor in Delhi, Ncr. He is a very good person and explains very well, my father's treatment has gone under him, now he is completely healthy. And I would advise all the asthma patients that they should also get their treatment done by DR. M. M. TRIPATHI he treats the patient very well with a good experience. THANKS
Dr.and their trratment is good but if i am talking about staff, housekeeping and other services is too bad or worst (slow service) is this hospital services. In reception no one is there.m waiting half an hour. Wht rubbish is this

My Father HARI KUMAR AGGARWAL was admitted to wing 1 room no 12, unfortunately he expired on 21/3/22.inspit of being over 89 yrs the staff and doctors tried their level best to make him comfortable during his stay and in his last time. Specilly Dr. Vishal and Sister Sanjana looking after him deserve a big thanks and all possible appreciation as they treated him like their own family. Pl let them know that we appreciate their effort from our hearts, specially my mother who was there most of the time.thanks Doctors and Sisters for being so good.
First of all be prepared if you are going as private patient. Since the hospital has a huge influx of CGHS card holders so they are accustomed to charge like anything. Try to ask about policies, terms and conditions. Also do have a written proofs of any medical or medicine/ room changes. They would just come all of sudden at the last moment and ask to pay x thousand rupees. The doctors and staffs are trained to loot patients. Be very cautious on everything here.

I went to Hospital and was admitted in emergency ward for viral fever. Then they did covid test which came out positive. I decided not to proceed with treatment to there isolation ward. They charged me 10000 for detecting +ve. Shameless person charged me 10000 for detecting +ve. Just wanted to share the experience, as I am a lawyer, I will drag them in court and give a befitting reply.
I have been diagnosed with a problem in my tonsils and recomended for surgery but the authorities are making me run from pillar to post inspite of the fact that I havey mediclaim. I being a patient have been asked to get a plethora of tests done from outside the hospital. I have no one to help me but there is no facilities available that a patien can be first admitted and then all tests done. It is very irritating and time consuming more over taking leave from the present office is another tiresome job. I am highly dissatisfied with the working of Narendra Modi's gan hospital.

Good for OPD and normal patient not for critical because after the patient is shifted to normal ward from ICU the staff is really dumb specially wing 3 Night Staff including duty doctor my patient is shifted from icy to wing 3 there is emergency of low oxygen and we need high flow mask but there is no high flow mask is available and my patient is on 46 Oxygen but the nursing staff try to install cannula instead of shifting the patient to icu with high flow mask because of the carelessness my patient is on ventilator for 3 days because of the carelessness of nursing staff or duty doctor she can't take decision what to do you have to care your patient by yourself.
Dr डीपी दुबे की यूनिट से काफी खुश हु क्योंकि उनका और उनके स्टाफ का व्यवहार पेशेंट के साथ बहुत ही अच्छा है ओपीडी का वॉशरूम और कार्डियोलॉजी का washroom बहुत ही गंदा है। कार्डियोलॉजी में डॉक्टर जे एन झा का भी व्यवहार पेशेंट के साथ बहुत अच्छा है लेकिन वॉशरूम उतना ही गंदा है। इसलिए प्रबंधन को वास रूम की सफाई आदि पर विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए, धन्यवाद चंद्र भूषण दुबे।
I think there is required major improvement in terms of the service especially in the Sisters/Boys concerned category, (where has been observed there is no seriousness about the patient care) because there is complete dependency on them of the respective patient.
In case attendant is not there with their patient everything will go on the toss, and this is not my observation, heard the voice from the respective patients Doctor’s also in front of us.
As whatever experienced has been observed will spread in the market which will be directly impected of the respective organization.
As an organization customer feedback is very important which will help them for improve the internal process as well business growing path.
Hence request to the respective stackholders, it coluld be more better in terms of the services about the patient care.

I am a medical doctor and strongly recommend not to visit this hospital at all. I had a worst experience visiting this place. Poor hygiene and very pathetic staffs and management. I admitted my mother in emergency for dengue and despite alloted a private room on cghs panel they kept her for 12 hrs in general crowded foul smelling emergency ward. As per my parents no one came for any consultation or given any medication whole day but on paper lots of medicine was going on. There is something fishy. In night when I insisted for room, then it was told to me that there is no room at all. Only to make money from cghs they book rooms on paper. I am highly surprised how this hospital can get NABH accreditation, the concern authority should do surprise check
Dr Jai Prakash ENT is very hesitant to see ECHS Panel patients and passes very derogatory comments. Management should decide to keep ECHS in panel or such Doctor.
Irresponsible Dr. Hina Singh no knowledge my patient was admitted with sezuries due to which his hip bone was fracture Dr.hina singh neglected it for 6 days my father was in pain reason of siezure was said by her was due to bycarbons was not up to mark but real was nureo even after MRI she didn't told us my father is struggling for life due to irresponsible doctor.

Staff are good and supportive but there is no information from hospital.about covid vaccination.after having appointment with scheduled time.they are saying now today's vaccination cota finished come tomorrow.my father in law and mother in law came two days.same thing they are saying.no time allocation nothing.even about tomorrow also they are not confirming.
Our Dr Manish Tripathi is very cooperative, sweet spoken and gentle person.
As concerne the nursing staff all are very co- operative and all are paying full attention to all patients. However, I feel they are overburden as only 3 nursing staff debuted on 20 patients out of these 20 many patients are old ages without any attendant.
But the infrastructure facilities provided in General ward are totally disappointed and which are not destroyed Brand image of Nariender Mohan Hospital. # Only one Male wash room and one female washroom available for approximately 30 to 35 persons (include 20 patients and 15 their attendant) without exsost fan without hand wash soap. Even WC of this toilet is also in pathetic condition.
