Best hospital in area of vaishali for take care of patients, the hospital is very clean, food service is good, drinking water and all staff of hospital is very cooperative.

Overall it was a good experience, the nursing needs to be improved. Cleanliness is proper, rooms are good as well.

Very very bad hospital. It is a spot on the name of hospital. Staff of hospital is not working properly. Behaviour of staff is good but not caring of patients and not do his/her job as per responsibility. Cleaning is good but hospital assets are so bad. Spacially in summer, the atmosphere and temperature of rooms are so hot. They have installed window AC's in every room (only of 1 Ton) which is not sufficient to maintain the room temperature. Oxygen equipments, patients bed is not well maintained. And the prices of room, doctor fee etc are not matching with the hospital standard.

Overall experience was very pleasant. The staff is very hospitable, no issues with the service on medical point of view. But I have some other problems I want to raise spotlight on. The parking space is very tightly cramped and you have to often park on the road. Also the internet here is very slow. I don't know what the hospital can do about internet but just putting that out. Overall very experienced staff and can be trusted.

Naveen Hospital Vaishali is the wrost hospital, I have ever seen.
I visited here for stomach pain treatment but there are no specialist available. Only one physician (Dr. Fateh Singh) is available who don't have any knowledge about disease and diagnosis. He does not listen the patient and just write the various test and medicines that are not related to your disease.
I suggest everyone don't visit here. This is money making hospital.

Dr Fathe singh ji we found in every vaishali hospital in sarvodaya hospital and now in this hospital also I don't know koi or dr milta hi nahi vaishali ka hospital maine

मेरा अनुभव बिल्कुल बेकार रहा, doctor ne patient ko bola liquid diet ke liye hospital staff halwa de ra.jis patient ka opration hua h usko 1 hour intjar karna pda toilet karne ke liye kyuki staff bina btaye ghar chala gya. Or jis staff ko aana h wo barish ki wajh se time pr nahi aa paya.full bed experience

Very unprofessional doctor and worst hospital in dadri.ther is alot of nuisence here and no any care of patients.at the same tym there is no any guidance of covid and social distancing.the doctor and staffs are very rude in nature and unprofessional.it's so disgusting here.very worst hospital.yuck

Worst hospital for covid patients. I lost my husband because of these money making people. If your bill gets bigger they knowingly stop oxygen supply to the particular bed to filter out patients.they stopped oxygen supply of my husband's bed 4 times. 3 times he survived but 4 th time he could not make it to survive bcz ho got so much panic that oxygen supply could stop any time.they play with the mind of patients and make them die.needful action should be taken against this hospital otherwise they will continue to play with patient's life

Since I was a patient for four days at this hospital, in full state of consciousness, my review would be honest and forthright to the utmost extent.

Doctors:
In terms of experience, guidance and medication, only doctor who is worthy enough for positive reviews is Dr Omkar, whose ratings and reviews are already there on this forum. Therefore, if anyone wishes to get admitted in this hospitals, better option would be to consult him directly at his clinic.
The other doctors specially those who visit in night and morning know nothing about the case and just do the formality.

FACILITIES:
This hospital claims to be a super speciality hospital, but does not even have a pharmacy which can provide medications in time to admitted patients. The medicines are distributed in ‘BIKANERWALA’ bags. Photo attached to the review.
The hospital does not even have an ultrasound facility and mints money from patients by tying up with Diaganostic labs and charging 1.5 times. They charged me Rs 11,000 for a doppler scan of upper and lower limbs, whereas the scan was done only for the lower limbs. On bring this issue up during billing, they adjusted the charges under some other head (thanks to their efficient TPA section head). Other scans done at the time of admission included expensive irrelevant scans to add to patient’s bill.

The nursing staff is unskilled and crude in their practise. I occasionally suffered bleeding while inserting canola. They did not know how to operate electronic syringe pump, and my son had to learn it himself on 3rd day for proper administration of dosage. The cleaning and nursing staff have a strong aversion to wearing masks and following covid protocols and they develop the same towards patient if he requests them to wear masks.

All COVID precautions that are followed in this place are in the form of an A4 sheet ‘ SAFETY FIRST’ pasted on each bed.

The hospital rooms are uncomfortable. They don’t even have a chair to sit on for the patient. Airconditioner and television remotes are being shared room to room specially in this pandemic scenario.

The quality of food is too small an issue to be commented upon in this forum.

This is the worst ever hospital I ever visited on the contrary it's wrong to call it a hospital. There are no doctors, no qualified staff instead they try to threat you if you raise your voice. While treating a sensitive covid 19 case, they don't have an operational X-Ray machine. On the whole went through as hell please don't bring your patients here.

I have forget there my ct scan report nd adhar card of my father nd when i remeber nd call to hospital many time but they didn't pick my call nd then i text them dr omkar reply me let us check from that day to now no bady call nd no bady reply my text message i need my adhaar card it's to urgent for me

Just got discharged from Navin Hospital Vaishali as a Covid patient. I am thankful to Dr. Navin's entire team. Especially Dr. Omkar's team of Corona warriors (Dr Kamal, Dr. Danish, Dr. Saumya, staff members especially Mr. Mahendra, Mrs. Nirmal) It was heartening to see the staff putting their life at such risk during these unrealistic times. They were very responsive and patient. All medicines were procured by the hospital and my family did not have to run around to get critical medics. A big thank you and May God bless you all!

Worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. The hospital staff and doctors are very irresponsible. They never think about patients and their family members. Their attitude towards patients is very bad. I lost my father here suffering from lungs infection. They never inform about patient recovery to their relative and never pic phone calls. Please take needful action.

Only money minded hospital. They just care about money that's it. Even if the patient is to be recovered in 10 days from covid, they would extend the recovery of the patient to several days so that they could earn money. After taking a huge amount they dont even provide the patient with basic necessities like fresh clothes, sanitizer, tissue etc. I dont recommend anyone to go to this hospital. If you want huge bills, feel free to go here. Patient zinda milega ya nhi iski koi guarantee nhi. Inko pese milne chahiye bas.

जब भी हॉस्पिटल (वैशाली ब्रांच) का नंबर मिलाया जाता है। यह नंबर सेवा मैं नही है बताया जाता है और कोई अन्य नम्बर भी हॉस्पिटल की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध नही रहता। बहुत ही बेकार सर्विस।

Very nice experience. My dad got admitted due to covid. The hospital staff took proper care of him and there was a regular visit by doctors. It is not expensive and rates were quite nominal.

It's not a hospital, it's a small clinic. They don't have their own lab. But they will take your blood on daily basis and will do unnecessary blood tests of thousands of rupees and give you a bill of Lakhs of rupees at the end. Their billing department is also Masha Allah, they charge for things you didn't consume during the treatment. So check their bills carefully. During the treatment they will provide you very cheap quality products like thermometer, steamer but will charge much higher for them. So don't wait, just get admitted if u wanna meet The Almighty.
