Feel bad to reach Nyati Hospital. Not a good experience no one give right information and also not give proper treatment.

I am presently admitted in hospital for covid treatment.i m having hiccups since 3.30 pm tommorow. Today doctor visited at 12 am and advised 2 tablate but till now 5.40 pm, they have not arrnanged the medicine even. I m facing almost continuous hiccups. Same was last day for dexron.
Doctors are good, polite nd caring, but staff do not follow clinical instruction. I have arranged homeopathy medicine from outside but they are not getting in.
I have never taken tea since last 8 year, so I requested cofffe or milk instead of tea but they neither denied not provide since 2days.
Hospital ambience, cleanliness is good.but poor subordinate management makes thing worse.

I got one of my close relative admitted to this hospital on recommendation of a doctor friend but my experience has been far from satisfactory.after a single visit in the morning doctors are unavailable and perhaps don't even bother whether subordinate staff is carrying out their instructions.my patient has to wait for seven hours after the doctor visit to get his medicine.doctors don't pick up the phone, reception desk doesn't respond.one finds oneself totally helpless and neglected in such situation.
Very poor return for all your investment.

Worst hospital. Very bad experience. Not recommended to any one. Bill to bahut bada bana dete hai. Unprofessional staff. Abhi tak refund nahi dia 1 lakh ka. Lutane mai lage hue hai. 1 star bhi dene layak nahi hai. Government mai chale jana par nayati kabhi nahi. Inaki niyat bahut kharab hai.

नयति के डॉक्टर्स ने मेरे मम्मा का बहुत बड़िया इलाज किया। मेरी माँ को यूरिन की परेशानी थी, और इंफेक्शन कि वजह से बहुत कमजोरी रहती थी। इलाज के लिए हम कई शहरो में गये, इधर-उधर बहुत घूमे और बहुत डॉक्टरों का परामर्श किया। ज्यादातर हॉस्पिट्ल के रेट बहुत ज्यादा थे और कुछ जगह तो सिर्फ दवाओं के लिए हजारों का चार्ज देना पड़्ता था। जब मेरी माँ नयति में एडमिट हुयी तो उन्हे यूरोलॉजी के डॉ. मानव ने बहुत अच्छी तरह से हेण्डल किया। और बार-बार आश्वासन दिया। अब मेरी माँ बिल्कुल ठीक हो गयीं है और उनका इंफेक्शन का इलाज पूरा हो गया है। नयति वास्तव में आगरा का सबसे अच्छा हॉस्पिटल है।

My dad met with an accident 3 days prior and went through 14 stitches on his forehead. The doctor which he went is quite renowned in Agra didnt even bothered to do scan of his head after the impactful accident. One of my known suggested me NAYATI HOSPITAL. A big thanks to the Dr. Saurabh who is general surgeon and Dr. Gaurav who is neuro surgeon. Both of them took care of my dad and with Gods grace my dad is well now.
The staff and Nurses were humbled and polite.
Nayati is One stop to all the emergency cases.
