I would like to write a review for Dr Ansul Gupta. He is a gastroenterologist in hospital. Doctor is extremely polite and very knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose and identify my health issue and give treatment. He is extremely polite and gives each patient enough time and explains the problem very well.

Gynae team of nayati hospital is very talented and experienced.m pregnant with unicornuate uterus and gdm my pregnancy was very high risk pregnancy, I delivered 32 week baby bt now I have very healthy baby without any NICU treatment all bcoz of Dr nidhi Dr Priti. M very thankful to u doctors.

Such a bad experience I never seen this type of hospital in my life I recommend not to go Nayati Medicity Mathura.such a bad hospital in my state. Uttar Pradesh please guys they are fake No Doctor available here only Wastage off time and Money also.

This hospital is the worst on this earth. Neem hakeem doctor is far better than doctors in this hospital. Just minting money in the name of treatment. My father had heart' attack. Was admitted in hospital in time. Stent was put. Everything was done. Even after they killed my father. Put him on ventilator for 2 days. Such a worst hospital. Never visit this hospital.just looting money.

Please if you are seeing this review don't go to this hospital they are just making fool on the name of treatment.

Avoid going to this hospital for Corona treatment. This hospital is just looting and taking advantage of the situation. Just making money.
For general ward, they are charging for ICU. For 8 days general ward stay, they raised 2.75L rs without any ICU, without any operation.

PPE kit charge is 80000 rs. Please avoid. Don’t go to this hospital.

Worst ever hospital.

These are just a group of money hungry business minded people trying to run a hospital. Even in these dire situations of covid pandemic, they are suggesting ICU beds for stable patients (not sparing patients who are themselves doctors) and non giving any drugs to the patients as recorded in the hospital records. Everything is clean on papaer but patients are not being administered drugs as per schedule. False attempts to shows increased Oxygen requirements are being used to force stable patients into an ICU setup to earn out if them. Really a disgrace.

Worst Hospital. Poor Management & Staff.
The Main propaganda is the making money.
Pateints are in this hospital not just pateint they are their customers or life time customers. Please never expect that you'll be fine from here. Worst! .

I have been there for 7 days (4-10 September) for my father’s knee replacement surgery. I will rate each department that i came across during this period based on my experience.
1. Surgeon: Rating 5/5. Dr. Vivek, Dr. Saurabh and Dr. Sunil were involved in 3 hours long surgery and I am quite happy the way they have been handling our case so far.

2. Finance Department: Rating 5/5. I mostly interacted with Kaushik (seems to be holding some high post in the department), and Muin who manages the TPA section. Both are very helpful and kind, being very professional at the same time. They are really justifying the importance of their positions by providing the proper guidance to unblock you every moment. They always take accountability for what they are assigned to. Being there in bangalore for long time, i never expected such professional service from a hospital in U. P, so this is something which surprised me a lot. Hats off to these two gentlemen.

3. Nurses: Rating is 0/5. Pathetic, highly unprofessional. You would call the nurse by ringing the bell, nobody would come to see the patient. I wouldn’t surprise if such kind of behaviour would lead to some serious incident. We were in shared room and there was an old lady alone who rang the bell to call nurse for water and nobody came even after 15 minutes. After knowing all this, I went to call nurse. Can you imagine this? The common lobby is no less than a macchi bazar, nurses would scream all the day, making gossips in loud noise that patient can’t even sleep. I found them highly unprofessional, inefficient. If you are used to live in such environment then probably you can survive through it otherwise clearly not. You would get frustrated at some point of time.

4. Food: Rating 5/5. Regarding the food given to the patient, it is hygenic, in accordance with the ongoing treatment.

5. Pharmacy: Rating 0/5. This hospital is having 2 pharmacies and you will never get all the medicines that are prescribed by the same hospital’s doctor. And in this COVID time, having no option left, you are forced to go outside and buy the medicines. It happened with me on many occasions. Sometimes, i went outside to buy walker, sometimes to buy medicines. Last time I visited the hospital to remove my father’s knee stiches and I had to wait for 1 hour just because these so called pharmacies didn’t had the medicines, bandages etc. Clearly, they are not helping you, rather they are creating problems for you by not providing the medicines that are prescribed by doctors belonging to the same hospital.

I and my husband consultant Dr. Preeti Bhadauria & Dr. Tanvi during our first pregnancy at Nayati Medicity Mathura. Since it was our first pregnancy, it was whole new experience and the doctors & staff at Nayati were so helpful and dedicated. We delivered our first baby in Oct ‘20 through normal delivery. It was a complicated delivery but with efforts of the doctors and LDR staff, we delivered a healthy baby. We are thankful to docs and staff for their support and dedication.

If its possible to give negative feedback than I would have done that. Worst ever experience I ever had at any place. I came for my father to see oncologist and to admit him. They took 3-4 hours just to make sure whether they want to admit in isolation ward or in normal ward and when asked for charges they said at least 4-6 PPE Kit are required per day for one patient and charges for 1 PPE kit charges are 2000 that means just to keep a patient in isolation they are charging 8000-12000 and other charges are different and top of that they have done CT scan of chest and told us like we are seeing a patch under the limbs but when I asked for CT scan Film then they said we are still developing the film Now how in the world they got to know about the patch and they also said like its look like covid symptom. Worst experience ever in short.

My wife delivered a baby here. I am very grateful to Dr. Preeti Bhadauria, Dr. Tanvi Raj, their coordinator Ms. Kamlesh and also their staff members.
Dr. Preeti and Tanvi were the doctors who did my wife delivery.
Both the doctors and staff members took utmost care of my wife and treated her very well. Thanks to nursing staff. They have a good nature.

Ye hospital bs sbko marne ka kam krta h and pese vasoolne ka kam krta h. My dear friends, never go to this hospital. You can go to Fortis Hospital. Never be happy just with buildings, facilities as these will not protect your patient's life, so always see the doctors' ability and experience as they will save you from your life.

I would like to express my thanks to all the staff from Nayati hospital.

I came to know Dr. Preeti Bhadauria few months ago during my pregnancy. I visited her first time when I was 7 months pregnant. She is so supportive since that time.

After loosing my husband Capt. Akhilesh Kumar in a plane crash last month, I was totally broken down. That time I got to know the Chair person Neera Radia madam who emerged as my elder sister and gave me all the comfort and courage to overcome my all difficulties. Her support was immense.

All the medical staff from Nayati espacially Dr. Tanvi, Dr. Riten Goyal, Kamlesh Rajput, Ankit Sharma and Raghu, helped me a lot during my hard times.

I got constant emotional as well as moral support from community counselor Vani Ganpati throught the time that I spent in hospital.

Now I am already a proud mother of a healthy son. This was possible due to the constant support that I got from Nayati hospital.

I shall remain always be grateful for all the efforts made by Neera Radia madam and all the medical staff who accompanied in my journey of being a mother.

Poor Hospital staff and most important guards behavior very very not good and Dr. Staff patient are exactly problem not surely

My wife Shashi W/O Sachin delivered a baby in normal delivery, but due to some reason her amniotic sac didn't come out from Uterus. Doctors in hospital was unable to treat this. They refer our patient to Mathura. In mathura many of famous doctors refuse to treat my patient as they say that condition is very critical and infection may spread in body. At last we took her to Nayati Hospital, Mathura. Here my patient treated very well and now she is cured completely.
I thanks to Dr. Tanvi Raj and Dr. Preeti for the way how they treat my wife who is in very serious condition. I also like to thank Nayati Hospital and other supporting staff.

Dr. Harbhajan Singh was the doctor who did my counselling very nicely. He was also briefing me about corona disease because I have some quarries. I was afraid because I am an Anaesthetic patient.
All the doctors and staff members took my utmost care and treated me like a mother. Sweet voice of Dr. Preeti and Dr. Tanvi has done miracles over me as aside medicines. Thank to Mrs. Asha, Mrs. Jyoti, Mrs. Poonam and other staff. They have a jolly nature. I love it. I believe them next to after God. They helped me a lot to endure the pain and overcome it. I always pray to God for their brighter future.

Good facility, all advance equipment, good personal care.
All over completely excellent.
The 24hrs emergency services are also good.

मैं महावीर प्रसाद मथुरा से हूं। मैने अपनी पत्नि का यूट्रस का औप्रेशन 12-09-2020 को नयति होस्पीटल मथुरा में कराया है।ये औपरेशन कुशल डाक्टर्स की टीम द्वारा किया गया है। जिसमें सीनियर डाक्टर प्रीति भदोरिया, तनवी राज, हर भजन साईं आदि ने मुख्य भूमिका में थे कुशलता पूर्वक किया बहुत ही ट्रिपिकल औपरेशन था मेरे मरीज को पहले हार्ट अटैक भी आ चुका है और डाइबिटीज की पेशेन्ट भी है।इसमें कमलेश जी जो कि तनवी राज की कोर्डीनेटर हैं ने हमारी बहुत मदद की है जो कि बहुत सराहनीय है।अगर सभी होस्पीट्ल्स में इसी तरह के अच्छा बर्ताब करने वाले लोग हों तो मरीज की आधी बीमारी तो उनके अच्छे बर्ताव के कारण ही दूर हो जाती है।
औपरेशन के बाद जब हम ऐल डी आर में पहुंचे तो वार्ड सीनियर आशा जिन्टो जी और उनके समस्त स्टाफ का बर्ताब भी बहुत सराहनीय रहा।

Paise waste mat karna idhar. Better you go to some better hospital in Delhi rather than here. This hospital seems to crave more for money, treatment is secondary. I do not see any reason to visit this hospital, and not trying a better one in Delhi/NCR or even in Agra. I found their doctors incompetent in terms of treatment, but very competent in Accounts.

Fraud hospital! Main propaganda of hospital is making money to creat their patients! If love your family please avoid this hospital.even they give u fake reports for making money.

Hospital does not pay Medical suppliers on time. We are stents manufacturing company pursuing outstanding of over 40 lakhs since last 2 years. They are just not bothered to clear payments while they have already made money from patients. We will now approach media and try legal routes if they dont respond.

Please don't go there, that should be the last choice on earth for treatment.

Worst ever treatment given to people. They always care for money. Yaha Zindagi sasti hai treatment nahi. People often die there. I myself witnesses few death in Feb and March only. Hamesha inke yaha se medicine kharido, the same thing Same company is available at 200 while at there place It's 1300. And they don't entertain any outside things.

Good doctor and nursing staff but worst management.
They management very well know how to snatch ur money from ur pocket.
Money minded management and no cost for life.

They do not care for the life of their patients, the only thing they know is to take all ur money.

I had given 2 stars only for the caring Doctors and nursing staff otherwise this hospital deserves negative marking from my side.

The only real Multi super-speciality hospital not only in Mathura city but the entire Agra region. Nayati has almost all the latest medical facilities and technology that you can compare with any hospital in Delhi/NCR. The hospital is professionally run the same way that you would find in a Metro city. The doctors are highly skilled and are an authority in their own ways, one of the best you could find in a small city like Mathura.
The hospital has excellent tertiary care facilities.
