Great company with nice work environment. A great start for fresher to enhance their development and skills.

The HR team and on-boarding team were very helpful and cordial. Training was the best part till we hit the floors. The team and management is very supportive as well. They carry open door policy for any suggestion or query.

Daily overtime work minimum 2 hours
They asking to submit 3 profile per day or else need to work over time.they will fire employees within one month with out placement.they impress with salary and bonus not ture.bonus are newly implemented in company to join many employee.

Its a great company for the person seeking growth in their life. We have a great trainer here that is Jatin Oberoi. He constantly works on the development of the skills of new joiners. Also there are very skilled and experienced Team Leads who know their jobs. One of them is Sunder Bisht, I am assigned with him and he is really helpful and knowledgeable in his field. Seeking a good and growing career with Net2Source.

This is a location where you should never work.policy on hiring and firing Employees are not treated with respect. All policies are in the company's best interests. Making a false commitment upon joining.

My first company in us Staffing, i learnt a lot here, good work culture and management.
Yet i think i was underpaid but still this company gave direction to my future

Cons: Worst company to work as Recruitment guy.you are considered as a animal rather than a human being.
Advice to Management
Shut down the company if you don't know how to behave to your employees.

Worst place to work in entire Noida location. Hire Fire Policy. No work ethics, illogical management strategies. They will spoil your career, don't join, doesn't matter what they say.

Worst of all the companies Reena is so annoying don't even know how to behave with employees Management is very unprofessional playing with employees emotions. REENA plz have some manners or else you will regret it later.

AVISH HR IS HORRIBLE, HE IS COWARD. HE DOES NOT HAVE GUTS TO ANSWER CANDIDATE. BDM CANNOT DO WONDERS IN ONE MONTH

I attended interview here. The HR is very unprofessional he started calling me and felt he was knowingly disturbing me on call. HR Muntazir Firdous is very cheap person and is very very unprofessional. He has no clue of taking interview. How this company having such type of cheap people in their system. Worst place. Never apply here.

I have not worked for this so called "company", but my interactions with the recruiters speak volumes. They are unprofessional, can't speak good English, are dishonest and in short "NOT EVEN THE LAST PERSON" you want to talk with. Then again.this is true of 99.99 Percent of India based IT companies, and it has nothing to do with size. The biggest of them TCS (Tata consultancy Services) is AS BAD as the one operating from a two room apartment in any part of India. My advice: When you hear a brown guy calling - RUN!

Horrible organisation. No ethics and values in HR. They cancel joining without any cause and even if after documents are submitted they say that the position is on hold.worst exp in recent times.

I enjoy working here because I get to interact with leadership team and have complete transparency of their vision and this helps me to plan my work and deliver.

Worst company, 1st they call you for interview saying it's an urgent requirement, after taking interview for 4hours they finally shortlist you and then don't release your offer letter neither give you a call nor reply to your calls. Please don't attend their call if they call you for interview

Very bad place to work, no ethics, hire fire policy. Poor management.

You can find alot people fired by this compnay without any particular reasons.

I had given my interview to one of their client, but they were not able close that position. I was in touch with Priyanka and Devesh. I would say pathetic HR & would strongly recommend not to go with their clients.

Worst experience with this company. They first take 4-5 hour for 10-15 min interview. And when you get selected and after all documents verification they cancel your joining without any valid reason. They just say sorry we had no opening right now (is this a joke). If you don't want to take us then y you conform the job first. Such a worst nature and behaviour of this company staff. I recommend never waste your time here for job.
