डॉक्टर साहब बहुत अच्छे इंसान हैं उनका सुलूक मरीज़ के साथ काफी बेहतरीन है

उनके स्टॉफ में कुछ हैं जो दलाल से भी बुरे हैं, अगर उनको पैसे नहीं दिए तो आपका नंबर जान बूझ कर नीचे दबा देते हैं और बहुत ही बुरा व्यवहार करते हैं
मैं उन लोगों का नाम पब्लिक नहीं करूंगा लेकीन जरूरत पड़ी तो जरूर बताऊंगा #drmanzarkamal प्लीज उन लोगों के खिलाफ एक्शन लीजिए, बहुत सारे मरीज़ अपना इलाज करवाने आते हैं लेकीन उनके गलत व्यवहार की वजह से वहा से रोते हुए आते हैं please actions against him,
बहुत ही बदतमीज़ लोगों को रख रखा है आप ने काउंटर पर इलाज करवाने हर जगह से हर किस्म के लोग आते है पढ़े, लिखे, अनपढ़, जवान, बुड्ढे, औरत, मर्द, गांव से, शहर से, हर जगह से हर किस्म के लोग आते है
अब जाहिर है दुनिया का हर इंसान well maintained तो होता नहीं है, अब कोई कुछ पूछ रहा है इन लोगों से तो ये लोग झल्ला कर बोल रहे है ऐसा लगता है जैसे की कर्ज़ मांग लिया हो, जैसे की अभी मेरे सामने एक बूढी दादी थी जो सुबह 5 बजे से आई थी और दोपहर के 2 बजे तक उनका नंबर नही आया था यही बात वो पूछ रही थी काउंटर पर जा कर तो ऐसे झाड़ कर भगाया उनको वो रोने लगी थी बाहर आ कर, इसी तरह एक स्टॉफ पानी भर रहा था RO से तब तक वहा एक लेडिस पहुंची और बेचारी अनजाने में वो अपने बोतल के बचे हुए पानी वही खाली करने लगी तो थोड़ा सा छीटा उस स्टॉफ के उपर पड़ गया और वो स्टॉफ उस लेडिस को बहुत बुरा भला कहने लगा, खुदा की कसम उस औरत को गली तक दे डाली ऐसे ही बहुत सारे छोटे मोटे वाकियात देखने को मिला आज दिन भर में Dear Doctor shaba प्लीज इस पर थोड़ा सा ध्यान दिया जाए बहुत मेहरबानी होगी आपकी

डॉक्टर साहेब मरीजों को पूरा टाइम देते है लेकिन स्टाफ का बर्ताव बिलकुल दोयम दर्जे का है, बात करते समय अभद्रता हावी रहती है। डॉक्टर साहेब की क्या मजबूरी है कि इन्हे हटाते नहीं।

Best doctor in Gorakhpur and very knowledgeable. If you have pinched nerve or any other back pain problem please go ahead with all x rays MRI etc or he will suggest the tests for you if needed. Forget about the staff think about your cure. You are at right place.

जो लोग क्लीनिक के नियमों का पालन करते हैं उन्हें बिल्कुल भी चिंतित होने की कोई ज़रूरत नहीं-बेहतरीन और बेहद सस्ता इलाज भी होगा और मेरे ट्रस्ट की तरफ़ से कुछ मुफ़्त दवा भी मिलेगी ज़रूरतमंदों को

Overall I have watched many comments Dr. Is good but staff is still bad behaviour it should be improve their behaviour because many people watch their hospital management because it is so impect for the petient so please improve it!

Isse dr ko khud ek aache dimag ke doctor ki zarurat hai bahot he bekar hospital hai aur bahot he bekar dr, tameez nhi hai baat karne ki patient se. Worst worst worst dr ever.

The office staff is unprofessional

They have no manners of how can treat attend patients. All staff treat very bad and rude with people. They don't have manners of talking.shortly they all are think they not attend patients they attend client for their business. So PLZZ you people don't go there.

Dr. Manzar Kamal (Neurosurgeon) is very good doctor and they treat their patients very well but thier staff behaviour is not good & rude.

Dr. Behaviour is rude with patients and Need to change staff for better service.they don't have any manners.

I visited him few years before. I don't know whether they have changed now or not. Doctor is ok, but his behaviour towards patients and their family members is "very poor". He gives very minimal time to patients to tell their problems. I was waiting for my turn, and their was a couple too waiting after me. The lady who came with her husband, after me, was saying something. Instead of telling her to be quite in a mannered way, Dr Manzar Kamal and his assistant shouted at that lady. It felt like they have done such a big crime. What he is, he teaches the same to his assistant.
He prays 5 times a day, takes break in between, while in OPD to pray. What is the need of praying. Does he and his assistant, who also seems to be a religious person are great people. SHAME ON THEM. BEFORE BEING A GOOD DOCTOR ONE ALSO HAS TO BE GOOD PERSON. BE ROLE MODEL FOR OTHERS. NOT JUST MONKEY MAKER.
** Don't know if he has changed his assistant or not. This incident happened few years before.

Doctor is very good, well manners behavior with patients but the management system is very bad specially all guards they are talking like owner of the Hospital. They don't respect even old people. That is against the nature Human being.

My grandfather had brain stroke few days ago. We visited this hospital and thankfully my grandfather is well now. He even started walking within only 10 days. Great docter. I love manzar kamal who treated my grandfather very well. And treatment cost is economical. But I don't know about staff behavior like most of the people are talking about, because I was at home when my grandfather visited this hospital only my parents gone there with grandfather.

Good treatment with bad management.
The assigned staffs behave rudely with patients attendees and think they are the who give us life. They have no sense to reply as well as there is very bad system to take appointment for old patients or long distant patient.

Doctor is best but here reception staffs and management is very very bad if once patient name announced and patient no here for any reason and come after some time approx 5 or 10 min.there staffs behaving very bad like a owner treat labour and all have heavy attitude.here big rush of patients but here no any appointments systems here management is like a rular medical center.
