Mai subah 7 baje gaya or number lagaya mere number 7 pe tha or doctor aaye 12 or mere number aaya Sam 6 baje kewal source wala kaam ho raha or emergency.
Jab aapko emergency hi dekhna hai tab subah 7 baje se kyu baitha ke rakhe hai?
Time bta dete ya bhir emergency itna free rakhte or turat dekh lete baithane se kya payada

By far the worst managed Hospital you'll ever get in Gorakhpur.

The Time management of your slot is unknown until you get called. The managers will never tell you the right time so better is to take an extra 6-7 hours maximum. They will not care about your condition even if you are in emergency.

I wish I could all those stupids.

Do not visit this hospital very bad behavior and staf are very rude and also dr take too much time.

डॉक्टर साहब आप अपने स्टाफ सही रखिये ।। बात करने का तरीका नही है
मैं 3 तारीख को नंबर लगवाया नंबर लगा आपके स्टाफ ने बोला कि सोमवार को 7 बजे आइये गा फीस कर पर्चा जमा कर दीजिए गा हम सोमवार को शाम को 7 बजे आई हमने फीस जमा करने के लिए बोला तो बोलते है टाइम खत्म अब फीस नहीं जमा हो पाएगा । आप नंबर लगने वाले को बोलिये सही से नंबर लगाई ।। और आज 6।10।2020 7 बजे से लेकर 8 बजे 7 फ़ोन से नंबर लगाने का प्रयास किया फ़ोन उठा ही नही क्यो? ओर जब उठा भी तो नंबर फुल ऐसा क्यों या तो आपके स्टाफ दलाली खाते है तो बोलिये हम पैसा अलग से दे सकते है 1000 ।।500 रुपए दे सकता हु नंबर दलाली का बोलिये डॉक्टर सहाब आपकी फीस 600 से लेकर 1200 तक है आप अपने स्टाफ को बोलिये दलाली करना बंद करे कैन्ट थाना जाने में FIR लिखवाने में टाइम नही लगेगा।।।।

Utter nonsense staff on planet. Never allow outdoor patients easily to get consultation. Most idiotic and unprofessional staff on call. Doctor is good but The first impression with staff is much much disturbing and pathetic.

Worst doctors and staff. Patients can be treated without their sequence with very less facility.

I will start from the begining, I called the number since 7 o clock but no body attended and after attending the call the person who picked up the phone told me that number is 21 and can u imagine he told me to come @4 o clock.
Bhaiya ek doctor par kitna time dete hai ye. Worst staff behaviours and uncultured illiterate just they show off that they r Like Dm of this city. And arogant uncivilized staff so please doctor before treating us please teach some lesson to your staff it my humble request.

This Dr.is sitting just to see more number of patient to make more money. He does not spend time with patient and listen to understand their problem. When some one tries to explain their problem he behaves like he is god. He is so rude. Pathetic doctor. He needs to learn manner and how to behave with patients from Metro cities Doctors

Dr is good but service is pathetic, staffs seems uneducated, unskilled, mannerless and rude and they really don't care about patient time, so vist if you are free for whole day, If you get appointment for 4 pm, then you will be called at 10 pm, everything is unsystematic, better to avoid

Doctor is very professional and the way he deals with their patient is awesome but their staff behavior is wrost. Please do work on them otherwise you will lost your People.

Very unprofessional and casual staff. Even if you are in emergency (n u also pay emergency fee) u have to wait for many hour.
Note- I noticed that most doctor in Gorakhpur are willing to make money only. They reffer local and expansive medicine which only avilable at their store. The same salt available in one fourth cost from outside store.
