The hospital is very useless, it only looks after its income, the bank is dying or it is living, it has no meaning, just a business has been opened in the name of the hospital.
Useful review for all person's: Staff behavior are mostly good. But if you're going for treatment with your expenses then it will be a good for you and for your patient. Alert: If you've health insurance of ICICI Lombard then my suggestion never visit in this hospital. You'll be treated as poor person, no value of your patient, if you are going with your health insurance card. Very bad experience to visit here with ICICI health insurance. Specially Archna who is the incharge of TPA suggested me don't come here if you've ICICI health insurance. Just be careful before you go.
Hospital services are pathetic and nursing staff are not attending patient properly, no ownership, very less nursing staff, hospital is not even value for single star. My experience is very bad with this hospital. Hospital is very careless, charges are high as 5star hospital but pathetic service private rooms are just like kabootar khana, iam surprised that how government has given this hospital lisence for running hospital their lisence should be cancelled as their staff behaviour with attendance and patient is very bad, their behaviour is like they treating free of cost. Worst experience.receptionist is very unprofessional.she likes to make patients unnecessarily wait.asks to give exact change, saying she doesn't has change money. Even did not communicate politely.rude behavior.
The behaviour of the receptionist is very bad, disgraceful, rude and highly unprofessional. Rather than helping patients, she thinks of herself kind of a typical government babu, and dealing with her makes you feel that you are in some typical government office or hospital where there is neither empathy nor sympathy, nor a professional work culture and sensitivity. There are several negative reviews regarding the staff, and especially for that lady receptionist, who is the first person representing the hospital to an outsider, and she gives away the hospital in a very poor light. It is a wonder that the management has neither fired her yet, nor made her improve her behaviour. I'm surprised what kind of private hospital it is! Not a customer/patient oriented hospital.not recommended .
I went there for physiotherapy of shoulder back pain. I visited 2 physiotherapist before that but Dr Saba is best till now. She is very helpful, polite, humble, dedicated and best physiotherapist. I would surely recommend her.

Hospital reception staff behaviour is very bad and unpredictable. On 7th Jan morning 11 am. I went for RT-PCR test and they asked for Adhaar card photocopy and photocoy facility is available in reception then also that lady told me to go outside. We are not here for doing help. I would like to tell before this i have visited 4 times for RT-PCR test in 2020-21. They did photocoy and help me always. Facility and service is good. But reception staff must be sensitised that help people if facility is availble. It will make people/ patients happy.
Dear sir/madam Please take action against reception staff those who were on 7 Jan (10: 30-11: 00 so that next time onwards upcoming people will be happy.
