Cleaning guys are so careless that you will have to show them the dirt and get it cleaned even on 1st and 2nd service. While applying polish on plastic parts also they leave some places and you will have to show them the missing places after that they apply polish on them. They should be systematic and skilled enough. Today i went for 2nd service, they put a daint on my Ciaz bumper and a scratch near the door handle. SEE PICS. They repainted the affected area of the bumper after filling potien but little daint is still visible. One would always feel bad when there is a daint and scratches on your new car just because of CARELESSNESS of service center staff. I had no time to wait for 3-4 days to get the bumper replaced. First their cleaning guys don't work properly and later advisors get the re-work done by sending the cleaners at home. TODAY I FELT VERY BAD ABOUT MY 5 MONTHS OLD SCRATCHLESS CIAZ WHEN DAINT OCCURRED ON BUMPER AND A SCRACH NEAR DOOR HANDLE WHICH IS STILL VISIBLE JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR CARELESSNESS. Next time i will try another service center. They have opened it in posh locality but their work is not up to the mark and it's very much time taking. Also, they are Nexa platform service center their service should be of excellent quality but sorry to say. Their management always requests for excellent rating but I would say they should accept whatever rating they get so that management can take appropriate action to make their staff disciplined.
The service center is good but the main issue is with their pick and droff Facility. The driver's (Ts 24 north) are in too hurry that they even can't wait for 5 minutes.
Worst experience for my ciaz alpha. 2 nd free service 10 minute for car checkup and 5 hours for washing.bad staff.and specially the rudest owner of this franchisee. I am so much irritated with this service centre.
