Worst hospital and worst service they treating patients like animal.heartless staff in icu.they are only focusing on money.medicine are highly costly.and they are not use all the medicines for patients in icu and return secretly in medical store.they are looting innocent people.don't go there ever

Worst experience in this hospital. Looters, no knowledge about any kind of disease, lazy staff in ICU. Only expensive medicines they use for treatment. If you have money to waste go there they will easily take your money.

I have given this rating because Bed of private room is not ergonomically design, bed tilted when patient is getting down.

Mr Sandeep, road chap illiterate goon sitting on cash counter extremely rude, abusive and violent in behaviour, its zero tolerance, protest and demand his immediate removal.

My Grand daughter was admitted here in nicu, under Dr Sc Vishwakarma. She is doing well now. Dr Vishwakrma is a very good doctor as well as very kind person. I am very happy with all the services of North Star Hospital & grateful to all doctors & nicu staff.

My mother was admitted here for surgery, the surgery went well & she is doing well now. Dr Sharad Damele is a very nice doctor & dedicated towards his patients. Facilities are good however on terms of discharge process you need to expedite it. If you commit that you can do it today then you have to do it on same day otherwise for patients and families it gets very stressful

It was very supportive & good experience i have during the surgery of my wife Tina Bhargava.it was pain less experience and staff was very supportive & the doctor who did Surgery (Mr sharad damele) was more than execellent in behavior & knowledge

MONEY MAKING FACTORY.doctor never attend you.no ventilation in WARDS. Don't waste your money. And ECHS AND CGHS patient.never come here.you will get frustrated.

My father was not attended by any doctor in 30 hours of getting admitted.
They only charge money from you.

Very Poor ambiance and services offered by this hospital only thing they do is money making by North Star hospital, and only they accept various reports from their tie up places like vikas diagnostics- Dr. Archita
I don't know why they not accept parakh diagnostics report which much better than Vikash diagnostics.
They only making money.every time every patient who comes for treatment.
They only n only refer to ICU.

Worst hospital of kanpur.pathetic staff and unmanaged hospital. All the time cleaning staff have quarreling with each other and use abusive language while everyone on floor. During night whole staff go to sleep.hospitality is very bad.washrooms are not clean.only one dustbin for a floor, u have to walk a mile for dustbin.one of the supervisor there will teach you everytime how to sit on sofa. They just don't know how to talk with consumer.

Charge a lot of money. It seems they give wrong treatment. They are not able to find out what actually the problem is!
