Nova Hospital

Everything including doctor, nursing staff, ward boy all are good and supportive. But there are multiple cockroaches and no supply of all out or any mosquito repellent in room

Very Poor Hospitality after many complaints they don't respond.it may due to scarcity of staff and unskilled staffs.
I have admitted my wife and for best hospitality we have taken Best Room as super deluxe, but.
But it's ok due to the final result.
Complaint was done as below-

Very Poor Hospitality Of Nova Hospital
1. No budy has care against problem of Patient.
2. My wife is facing problem of spinal pain near neck from yesterday after approx 15 hour of surgery. But no budy have shouted about it.
3. After a long time attendant came in room in room to ask on asking and it's very poor in night.
4. No budy have care about toilet or bathroom of patient and it looks they don't wanna go with her in bathroom as supporter.
5. After starting drip, no budy come to check it's position.
6.2 or 3 time bottle got empty and blood came out of Vigo.
7. Pan40, Paracetamol and other antibiotic medicine have been given in morning empty stomach without asking anything.
Here we are afraid with their hospitality. Please look into the matter.

Dr dhiraj singh (cardiologist) is the irresponsible doctor.the lady at the reception told me about his timing 5pm to 6pm but he was late i got 1st no but even after 6pm he didn't come.

Very good treatment and behaviour of doctors, staffs are also trained and polite, cleanliness is very good.only one thing should be improved that if any patient comes in emergency and guardians of patients ready to pay the said amount but they are unable to arrange immediately before admission, firstly admit the patient start the treatment and not wait that treatment will start only after the deposit.

Management and medical staff are not quite good, nobody hear the complaint of attendent, Lack of awareness about patient.poor experience.

Lack of sanitation in rooms, private rooms are just like vard.behaviour of staff are not quite good, untrained nursing staff, in the room bedsheets are in dirty conditions, when attendent say something they skip everything.

Total knee replacement surgery for my mother was successfully completed at Forrd hospital. All staff namely Ashutosh, Avinash, Shivani, Ambuj etc were very helpful and cooperative.

The hospital on a whole has good environment, all staff is really supportive including consultant's, Emo & nursing department.perfect and quick service.

Dr. Shishir is really humble ans listen to the patient very care fully. After getting the total knee replacement surgery for my mom, i can surely say he is really experience and confident in his work.

Overall experience isn’t satisfactory. There is good team of Doctors & treatment is also good. But there is a big area of improvement in service of support team.

My hospital experience was very good. Staff is very cooperative specially kanchan and kalpana sister nursing incharges.

The hospital facilities are not upto mark and the medical store attached with the hospital are real dacoits its better to get the medicine from patrakarpuram medical store which is infront of it at much reasonable rate.

Just thankful to God that my baby survived the ill treatment given to him by the nurses and ignorance of doctors to tolerate such kind of nurses. They all almost tried to get my baby into danger for their profit telling me that I could later claim the money. After my c section I was treated like some animal. Don't know how on earth someone can be like the sub staff of Nova.please save yourself from them. Nova hospital team please try to get such kind of sub staff out, they are threat to human kind.

This hospital and Ajay Chaudhary is not able handle any liver cirrhosis patient. They don't have liver dialysis facilities. They will inform late when there is no hope for patients to survive.they don'ts even recommend to go to some good hospital to save patient life. I lost my patient here in this hospital due to care lessness need of ajay Chaudhary and icu staff. This hospital does not have have any nephrologist and cardiologist. Main doctor come to visit for only one time in 24 hours even for critical icu patient. Icu staff and junior doctors don't have any information.

I lost my father in this hospital due to negligence of icu staff and doctors. First two days he was doing well suddenly they informed me that patients is critical condition. How kidney can fail when you are doing treatment for liver. I curse everyone responsible for death of my father They must have to bear the 100000000 times more pain as I am currently going through.
My elder sister wedding was planned on 5 Feb 2021. All dreams shattered now. My mother and family members are hopeless, not sure why we should live now.
It was my lifetime mistake that I believed in doctor and admitted my father in this hospital.
I strongly advise everyone to never visit this hospital instead go to Sahara or medanta.
