Very bad hospital staff fully careless in night they lock ICU so nobody can go inside the ICU l never seen any Doctor visiting in ICU room even the people surrounding there had given very bad feedback.

Nova Hospital is a very good hospital and the doctor here has a lot of ability. Patients are treated very well in this hospital.

The most respected profession comes with big responsibilities taking care of my friend in this hospital was far better than any other hospitals in our city. Dr Ravi gets it. From his excellent treatment curiosity and helping nature and amazing treatment. Even the staff members are aware about all the things. I stay around a week there and i am very happy to have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with.

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen. Facitlity is good but the berhavior of Dr.and the staff is very cruel. This hospital and thier staffs are totally money minded and they are robbing the people.
They always ask money first and ask for a lot of medicine, every one hour they will give a paper of medicine. I don't know do they use those medicine or not. Even Dr. Ravi the MD of the hospital he knows the condition of patent but still he manipulating the patent and patent familly and they will not tell you truth untill you will become financialy weak. I'll hardly request the midle class family please don't visit this hospital in any condition. If any Dr.from any hospital is refering please don't go The people's who are financially good, please be aware from the mental health with thier patent and friend.

This hospital is running by the money minded specially Dr Ravi Singh and they are just robbing money and nothing else his behavior and attitude is very rude also he didn't worry about patient health. We don't know what they have done with patients what not. I will not suggest to anyone to visit them. Irresponsibile hospital and all entire team. They just know to increase money from patients family.

This hospital is running by the money minded Dr Ravi Singh and they are totally looting money. Dr has directly asked about the money to save the patient life with guarantee. And, we agreed to arrange the money as possible as we can but they played with patient life and told us to go home after looting money from us.

I am not sure about other (5 star) reviews as Dr has asked us to write the review in front of them which we had refused at that time.

Dr Ravi is more dangerous/gunda person as a doctor, his doctors degree is from management kota, he is not a professional doctor. His staff have also misbehaviour. Poor facilities and poor staff in the hospital. Aim of Dr Ravi is only earning of money. His fitment ratio of patients in the hospital is one out of 20 patient since Jan 2021. Shame-full act by Nova hospital doctors in this pandemic situation. I had a call with them regarding ventilator bed availability, they agreed but when we reached they denied to admit the patient there.the bed was available and we were requesting them to admit but they didn't.they could have saved one life but these money minded people.karma will hit you back.just wait and watch.

One of the best covid-19 facilities in varanasi, equipped with top-notch infrastructure and extremely hard-working staff. I have personally witnessed them working at 2am to arrange oxygen cylinders for covid patients. Ravi Singh, M. D.is a very hard working and an excellent doctor, who not only personally visits all the patients regularly but also keeps an eye on them via the Webcams installed throughout the facility.

Nova Hospital is the best hospital in Varanasi. Consultant Dr. Ravi Singh is very Good Doctor he treats the patient very politely. The behaviour of all the staff is also so good. I lost my brother yesterday who was being treated in this hospital for the past 2 weeks with no sign of improvement. The only thing which Mr. Ravi Singh knows is to fill his pocket and he is a genius to earn from the dead. No ethics and no humanity. Don't know if he would take the money along with him when he is told no chance (when he is admitted in ICU). Earn money but not at the cost of patients life. I think there should also b a raid on the medicines/injections being given to the patients. Remdesivir did not work was very shocking. Felt he has all fake medicines and injections. But this will not happen due to political support. Don't worry Mr. Ravi, you will pay for it for sure. It's a curse from a grieving brother. As usual the review would be deleted. If you have the guts to loot then have the guts to retain the reviews.
