Service and people at desk were really good and helpful. Just the customer no. Which is not correct here but on site is right was a lil issue.

Worst Experience. Submitted my phone to service center 3-4 times in 6 months time since I purchased my phone Nord CE2.everytime they keep it with them for 8-10 days and return it saying your issue is resolved.but still facing same issue even after multiple visits!
Fed up with the product and services now!

Employees are not helpful, they will tend to make you wait and come back later. No parts available and attitude of employees is also not good.

Not so much cooperative. They just want to make money. Whether your phone is under warranty or not they will charge you. Worst service.

I am not able to contact through mobile number provided by them. Please oneplus provide your phone number through which costume can contact you easily.

Although I am quite upset with one plus 6T as I bought this phone only 5 months back and faced the blank screen issue quite often.

For which I had to visit their service center. But I am impressed with the support and service I received from the service center.

They were quick and polite in answering my queries and resolving my issue.

Probably the best service available today. They're really good and fast at what they do. Unlike other brands, you don't have to wait much here.

They were a bit short-staffed when I visited the service center, but the staff was very helpful and polite, and repaired my phone in 2 hours. Kudos for the great servicing.

Beware! Services are worst and engineers here are untrained. I had serviced my One Plus 3T from this centre but had to visit this centre thrice. Had gone their for getting screen replacement but these folks created further problems in finger print censor which is not working anymore. Would recommend to avoid this service centre.

Very friendly staff though the services are bit costly but you can be assured of your peace of mind as their services are excellent

Had a problem of screen black out in my mobile. Charged RS. 250/- just to assess the repair cost. No receipt provided saying that the receipt will be forwarded on E-mail. Three days passed, no receipt. Very costly affair.

Few day ago this service center was also offers service for HTC mobile phones. But now it is offering only service for One Plus. Now there is no service center of HTC in Ghaziabad.

I was the first customer to visit this place. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They had repaired my phone on the very same day. This was my best phone service experience!

Nice place people are cooperative but one problem is that digital transaction as their POS machine is faulty
