Absolutely fantastic service! Onstage noida has been my go to place whenever i needed my guitar serviced and whenever i wanted to buy new gear. I got my dream guitar (LX1E) from here and most recently got a Blackstar Acoustic Core 30 from here. Even though they were not authorised dealers of Blackstar, the sales people left no stone unturned and arranged the amp at a competetive price for me in just 2 weeks. I would like to thank Mr Vinod for being so kind, patient and optimistic with me while i was anxiously asking for updates, he engulfed me with trust, optimism and a cheerful sense of positivity which is so rare to find in a music shop especially in india. After i got the amp and fell in love with its tonality and features i had a friendly conversation with Mr vinod who accepted the payment with joy in his eyes. If anyone from onstage is reading this, i just want to say thank you so much, i love your positivity, you guys literally motivate me to work harder on my skills so that i could be capable of owning and mastering more of your beautiful instruments. 11/10!

The employees are really bad i mean no one is asking for them to be absolutely worshipping the customers but at the very least answer my damn questions. If you are planning to go there for even a minor repair my advice is please DONT its not a good store you ll just be wasting your time and money.

Visited OnStage today for my acoustic guitar service. The staff was very helpful. They charged 300 bucks for guitar service and gave new life to my 10 year old Fender CD60 guitar. Purchased one guitar bag, one strap and strings too. Prices were pocket friendly. Thanks to Vijay for giving me a decent discount on the final total.i will highly recommend this place if you are going to buy any musical instrument.

A big and spacious music store in sector 18 with a wide variety of instruments. Do visit OnStage Music Factory if you are into Guitar. They have one of the finest collection of Guitars that I've seen anywhere in the Noida.

Great place to shop for musical instruments, especially for guitars, I can say. As, I went there for a very small business, purchased acoustic guitar strings. Place looks nice and the person in the counter seems so humble and speaks softly. I forgot to get his name. You can visit the place if you are looking for any musical instruments. Do pass by once, if required.

It's one of the best musical instruments (especially guitars) shop located near Sec-18 metro upon tirupati jwellers & it has various types of quality products. It's owner is very friendly & Smiley person as well as their staffs. I have purchased a electric guitar along cable at a fine price. U should visit at least once where they won't let u down at products availability

I went to buy a guitar for around 30k-40k, but the store owners weren't interested in showing them. On telling the budget, they ask "which guitar do you want? " If I was already sure of which guitar to buy, I wouldn't have bothered coming to a store and ordered online. Very few guitars (3 or 4 only) in my budget were available on display and that too were unmaintained and had rusted frets. The pictures available in other reviews are old and less relevant. They have more guitars for beginners but very few guitars for higher budgets.

I still thought to give a try. They connected the guitar I wanted to test to a cheap amp and then just waited silently. Not a single word about body shapes available or brands available. It was very awkward.

Other shops will try to show different shapes and help you decide which is more comfortable. They would also try to offer discounts to persuade you. If they have any new design or stock they would show that. But here, they were totally quite and just waiting for me to play.

I did like one guitar, but i wasn't able to decide if I liked it just because it was the only one without rust on frets or was it actually better.
I was willing to stretch my budget if any good guitar caught my attention, but nobody was there to help me decide. For any guitar I inquired they said that it would be available on order. I can order online too. I came to a physical store to check and buy a guitar. And thus, visiting the store felt kind of pointless. Most of the things here were somewhat overpriced too. I wanted to buy a guitar nut as well but they tried to sell me a worn out salvaged plastic nut for 400. New plastic nuts are literally available for 30-50 rupees.

A good collection of string instruments on site to choose from! Staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

Wide range of musical instruments were available here. Went their for strings replacement which hardly took 20-30 minutes. Huge range of guitars (electronic, bass, semi acoustic, classical, Fender Stratocaster) drums, keyboards, speakers etc. Vibrant place with all accessories available. Staff were efficient, helping and courteous.

I had an good experience here. Good quality music instruments and wide variety available here. You can get all type of music instruments.

They were able to help me out when I urgently needed some repairs and accessories for my processor. Knowledgeable staff and decent stock of items to choose from.

They refused to repair my guitar lead (jack) (My self a Guitar Teacher teaching guitar since 2012)
Guitar lead which was under life time purchased from onstage 4 years back
Now they cited the reason of Jack top damaged and this was very frustrating as while ordering the same they told only cuts on lead will make warranty void, now the they shouldering off the responsibility of repairing
It was a very costly lead, knowing the fact that onstage is a reputed and branded and will give good quality guitar n accessories and services

Music Store. Lot's of options to buy instruments especially guitars and bass guitars. Amplifiers are also available and so are ukuleles and violins. Music mixing systems are also available. Very helpful and friendly staff especially if you are a regular in the shop. Prices are decent and generally lower than other stores and if you are lucky you will also get discount on some instruments. Servicing of Musical instruments are also done here. I've been visiting this shop for the last 5 years and I have never been disappointed by their services
