This is the best hospital in lucknow, facilities are good, Doctors and receptionists are so polite which makes you comfortable to communicate.

Service are very good and staff are well mannered doctor comes on time and nursing staff are very helpful.

#Worst hospital. Zero rating from my side for treating your patient like they are piece of garbage.

Doctor arrives late at hospital regularly and they thinks its normal to keep patients waiting for hours. Hospital staff dont care if patients is not physically well or not. Administrative staff instead of taking action against unpunctual doctor chose to defend them saying, "" madam traffic m fass gyi h.ati he hogi"".

Few nurses don't know how to talk. Staff only care about is money. They will charge consultation fee even when it is only about showing report to the doctor. Receptionist don't know the timings of doctor's arrival.
The administrative staff member talk back rudely, as if we are the ones making mistake.

Doctor go on rounds for hour, while patient keeps waiting and no substitute doctors are there to check patients. Staff is mostly underexperienced interns with zero doctor decorum.

In one of my visit the pharmacy staff was busy chit chatting and laughing when there was long line of patient standing and waiting.

The level of unprofessionalism is beyond disgusting. Please don't visit here.

लखनऊ का सबसे बुरा अस्पताल जहा मरीजो को अंदर की फार्मेसी से जबरन दवा लेने के लिए बाध्य किया जाता है अगर अपने गलती से भी कोई दवा बाहर से ले ली तो आपके मरीज को उसी समय हॉस्पिटल से बाहर कर दिया जाता है हॉस्पिटल फार्मेसी में दवाओं का अत्यधिक मूल्य वसूल किया जाता है नर्सिंग स्टाफ भी बहुत रूखा व्यवहार करता है और मैनेजर तो उससे भी ज्यादा रुखा है मरीजो के साथ। मेरे स्वयं के साथ भी इन लोगो ने बहुत बुरा व्यहार किया है मात्रा कुछ दवाये बाहर से लेने के कारण। लखनऊ प्रशासन से अनुरोध है कि इस हॉस्पिटल पर भी जांच होनी चाहिये।

Worst experience ever, the receptionists themselves don't about their hospital, have given us multiple wrong information regarding availability of the respective doctors, but once we reach there, they refuse to have given any such info and that the information was wrong.

Worst hospital in this hospital only wastage of money and no staff would be think about patient they are think only about money.unprofessional staff and no working experience staff. The doctors here only give the illusion that your patent will be cured, the rest of the doctors here also know that the patent does not have to be cured. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone if you want your patient to recover. They kept my dadi on ventilator for 15-16 days and there was no improvement in her health. They plannned to keep her on ventilator as long as they can as the charges for ventilator are high. After the operation she got heart attack and the body was bleeding too much.body was very much damaged after they discharged. Doctors visit for 10 min only daily for critical patients also. Students are treating patients whole day and are not experienced obviously. Total waste of money and no proper guidance.

The ratings seems to be fake and I would really recommend to view one star rating feedback and five rating feedback to crosscheck authenticity

The trust and affordability factor are key driver of the Hospital. Some of the Super specialist Doctors and their departments are extremely superior.

The EMO is a most unprofessional person, cold, disconnected, not bothered and callous. Need to put a doctor on duty who has better bedside manners and who is kind and understanding and efficient. The medicine disbursement counter, lady incharge needs to work on her manners and improve in her professional skills. She is rude and unapologetic about callous. Very slow, seems totally out of synch with her professional duties or about medicines, took above 25 mins to supply a few items needed for a stiching job. The hospital need to put actual pharmacists to disburse meds and do it fast in cases of emergencies and also know how to talk to clients and attendants and not behave as if she is doing a big favour to the attendants who come to buy meds and other stores needed for a patient needing emergency care. Very dis heartened. Individual doctored in the departments may be good but the hospital administration is in rags. Please be aware of the deficiency in such services when you decide to come here for emergency treatment. The emergency has to be manned by a more mature, professional and a sympathetic med person who is not arrogant and has a little helpful nature and is sensitive to the requirements and anxieties of a patient needing care and support.

All staff member of this hospital has not good behaviour with attendent and patient.
My father was admitted in this hospital but unfortunately we decided for discharge from this hospital due to his staff member behaviour.
It's my personal opinion I am not satisfied with this hospital.

The pathetic hospital I have ever seen in my life.
I came here from Delhi to see my sister who was suffering from Dangue and they are asking for visiter cards n all. I understand that is for the security purpose but there is way to ask for it. Unfortunately we have lost our visiter card so we asked again for it then the hospital asked for 500rs for just to make a visiter card. That is how these private hospitals are making money.
I have really never experienced hospital like this. The person is sitting on chair wearing tikka on forehead in the picture below is very very rude to everyone. We have asked to check the BP of the patient then guess what their BP machine was even not working.
They were testing the blood for platelets and we got the same test done from outside and their report was saying that the platelet counts are getting down and on the other hand we got the report from outside which was saying that the platelets are increasing. I really don't know what sort of hospital is that. Not recommended.

I visited at the hospital so many times, its nearby my house.
I visited with my Nani. She was having a problem in hearing & headache issues. We consulted to Dr Mahipal Singh & Dr Adarsh Mishra.
Doctor was very polite & gentle. They heard us & gave a prescription which mentioned few activities.they didn't write an unnecessary medicine because there was no use of medicine in that problem with my Nani. They asked my Nani to do some exercise related to hearing problem & headache. Now my Nani is okay. She is doing well & she hears a lot from us. Her headache is gone without consuming any medicine.

I really thank to Dr Adarsh & Dr Mahipal, who treated my Nani so well. Their treatment was genuine & very polite & professional behavior with us as a patient. I recommend others also to visit this hospital, specially for their older ones.

Hospital is okay but their is a doctor in the emergency ward named doctor Adarsh Mishra. He is an irresponsible, lazy and an egoistic man who got job to treat people by luck.
Not here to defame him but to tell the truth about him.
A patient is sitting in the ICU and his behaviour towards the patient is just pathetic and unacceptable.

I considere this hospital to be the best in the area but the impression of the hospital is the emergency ward faciality and that sucks.

Only go for regular minor treatments, never take patients who are in serious condition to this Hospital.

Overall experience is good. There are few changes needs to be done, especially in cleaning. Rest of the process is smooth.

Hospital is good but Doctor Adarsh Mishra from Emergency ward is very careless and he doesn't takes emergency ward's patients seriously. I saw him using his phone all the time

The hospital is a good one, but a doctor, Adarsh Mishra is not serving the patients as per the hospital's reputation. Incapable of holding a job with such important responsibilities, he does not even pay attention to the patients. He'd rather stay behind a desk and use his smartphone than treat the patients. This is one of the reasons why you should never visit this hospital's emergency ward. Just warning you.

Dr Adarsh Mishra doesn’t do his job properly he always uses his phone during his working hours and I’ve faced a lot of problem because of him!

Highlights " Refundable medicine facility within week, if medicines are unused or changed for patients" which is absolutely correct as per MCI laws. That's a big relief.
In counter medicine shops near SGPGI, they are running illegal gang forcing patients to take full strap of costly medicines even though requirement is for one or two days. Those are non refundable.
Strict actions should be taken against them and pathology labs who have illegal connection with intrnal PGI staffs forcing patients to come out for test. Big dalali businesses is going outside SGPGI with influence of internal SGPGI staff. Big probe is needed

Very bad and careless hospital. They only know how to extract money without providing any service. Untrained staff, poor management, no doc will listen to ur problem once operation is done.always giving excuses for everything wrong. First and last experience
