I visited oppo laxmi nagar, there is very intelligent engineer Shivam, he solved my problem with in two minutes, thanku oppo, thanku Shivam, God bless u my, problem solver.

Just visited today.
Receptionists and other staff were helpful.

Oppo company is a very very thief company. This company has cheated me a lot. Lots of thieves work in Oppo Mobile Store. These people sell their mobile by lying. These people sell their mobiles by telling good features in those mobiles which are not sold by them. I am not satisfied with oppo.
I want to file a case against Oppo company. This company gave software update and after updating my mobile got damaged. Even after talking to Oppo customer care, the problem of my mobile is not fixed. In the future, I will definitely do a case against the Oppo company. I bought mobile from Oppo store in Laxmi Nagar Delhi, A worker works in that Oppo store who does a lot of fraud. He sells mobile by lying.

Bakwaas service centre in gurgaon part not available and reception excutive is layer, thief my glass not break when received my mobile after cancel services found glass was break

Location is fine.
But the service is a bit slow
There is not enough space for customers to sit and wait.

The customer executives were good. However the place had no ventilation and no fans. Therefore the place was very suffocating. My problem remained unresolved.

Service staff is good treat politely.
Visit only if you have Realme mobile.
Do not visit Noida Oppo service center if you are having Realme mobile.
Note: The Oppo mobile service center is next to two shop.

Store seems nice. Staff is also supportive and we'll behaved. Generally crowded so go there in early morning. It will take half an hour minimum waiting time to resolve your issue. No parking space in front of store for cars.

Cheap and disgusting team.one of the lady who's working there on system. She is fully illeterate and crook

The employees were very kind. I went there a little late sweating when they were closing in for the day, but Ajay and his team had to extend their shift & repair my phone. You guys are amazing. Keep up the good work.

When i visited. They themselves were facing technical issues. But even then they tried their best to help me out and just because of that. 4 star. Nice behaviour.

I have visited oppo service centre laxmi nagar, that staff here is very good, specially Ajay ji, he take customers pain as his personal own responsibility, that's the best part of him towards customer satisfaction.

A clean place with Calm environment. The behaviour of the service team is nice. The lady in the service desk need to be more cheerful.

Oppo service center not good staff behavior and way of talking. Worst service my life I visited min 10 service center but my rating laxmi nagar branch out 10 in 1 marking.
