OPPO Service Center

Service is very good mahmoorganj oppo service centre. Staaf behaviour is good, management is very nice and reparinig process time is better.

मुझे ओपो की सेवा बेहद शानदार लगी। यहाँ के स्टाफ का व्यवहार उनके ग्राहकों के प्रति बेहद अच्छा है। इनकी सर्विस की जितनी भी तारीफ की जाए कम ही हैं, क्योंकि इन्होंने तय समय सीमा के अंदर ही मेरा काम कर दिया।
पिछले 5 वर्षों से मैं ओपो के विभिन्न हैंडसेट प्रयोग किये हैं और मुझे खुशी होती हैं कि ओप्पो अपने ग्राहकों के साथ परिवार की तरह पेश आते हैं।

I want for to rectified my mobile
The problem was charging
They keep 15 mintes
Thy told sir your mother bod was damage i asked about charges they told15000 thousand.
I come back
I given to local mobile shop
The clean my mobile charging point now is working.without any changes

Very bad expirience was waiting for a change of screen from 26th of december

Executive told to contact within a week

No calls regarding the same came in mean time from past 13 days

Din pick the call wen tried 2 days back 3 times

When contacted today
Giving lame excuses for more time

Kindly if someone knows let me know any other outlet for screen chamge

Staff was good service was too fast.
Got repaired my buds in 15 minutes. Receptionist was so humble and gentle.

They are fraud! They has told me the price of folder is 9,360 but in offical website of oppo is given 4,499 check the other center rather than this.

Service is far better than any other services centre.

Worst service centre ever.very bad service.humesha customer ko pareshan kiya jata hai.ek baar me kabhi service nhi milti.mera ek do baar nhi balki 4 baar ka experience hai.isse acha service centre band hi kar de.km se km customer paresan to nhi honge.agar aap dealer hand se jate hai proper documentation ke sath tab itna paresan karte hai ye log to normal koi customer jata hoga jise is sab ki knowledge nhi hai use ye log kitna paresan karte honge pata nhi.

Only My lock button was not working.i ask them to repair it.they told me that they will change whole folder which costs around 7500-8000.

And then i asked in shops of sigra for repairment, they repaired my phone in. 380.rupees only.

They don't have enough staffs.so if you want to replace something better call them early on.

This oppo service center does not provide any assistance and also does not treat the customers very well and takes a long time to get the phone repaired.
