Purchased vehicle 2 month back still no update on RC /vehicle number. Staff will never call you for any info you only have to follow them. While time of purchase they will follow you or call you morning to evening. Once the purchase is done, they will start avoiding like they never knew you. Worst ever Honda dealership I came across. Will never recommend to by vehicle from here. Call them to ask anything, and they will respond like they are favouring you by picking your calls.
Waiting for RC since 45 days, still no response, every time they said that next week and next week, again next week, service centers are over charging, asking for 550/- as compared to 270 rs told by salesperson
Recently we bought a Scotty from this shop. Overalll service is normal. Basically i prefer do not buy a helmet from this shop because the will give u a cheap quality helmet by telling you that its a steelbird helmet believe me its very cheap and light do not buy. Even the scooty they gave us items of tool kit is missing.
Very Poor Experience. I purchased my scooty in the mid of October.and now it has been 1.5 months passed. But they have provided RC and other related documents.
Worst service provider, Pls don't go there. I bought bike from their bhangel showroom, They told me to give gift with bike but after paying bill they told we never give gift for bike. Second after 70 days i didn't get my RC, When i call then they didn't response. Third for free bike service they will ask you to for 2 days. Very bad exp all time.
Very poorr services by prakash honda. My new battery was replaced with another old battery. Staff os very irresponsible. Very irritating. Avoid to visit.
Very bad customer experience. I left my scooter for repairs 3 days ago. In 3 days they haven't even checked the fault and told me the estimates of repair. Even after calling several times what we hear is fake things like, it is being checked, we'll tell you in couple of hours. But no communication from their side. Worst experience at this service station. A good service station would have repaired my scooter in less than 3 hours but they have taken more than 3 days but not able to find the fault.
Pathetic service from Parkash Honda. I have given my Honda Activa for repair, it's almost 20 days still they have not givene back. Every time I call them they say part has not come. I won't advice Parkash Honda for service or repair to anyone.
Bad experience. I purchased Activa 5g on April and till now i did not receive it's RC. Every time when i take follow up they use to say sorry mam it will get done in this week. From last 3 months they are making me fool.
Purchased Activa on 31 March but no RC is provided till now (3rd June) and no update as well. I am continuously visiting their Salarpur, Sec-101 Noida ofc. But no one is ready to provide any support.
A good Honda byke's showroom with cooperative staff despite having one bad experience.where I booked Honda Livo in disk and was mistakenly sent by them to some other location. Later, they cooperated on a good note.
