Ours is a delicate old rabbit who needs a specific kind of hay for herself, which is often hard to find, especially unadulterated. Pawvie has managed to deliver quality hay every single time on very short notices, prioritising delivery over minor logistics of payments. Iram is always in touch with us, asking if the product got delivered, was of decent quality, etc, going as far as helping us with payments by sending us Paytm links instead of hoping we’ll figure the entire thing out on our own. It has been over a month of us ordering from Pawvie and so far there has been no complaint, the experience is quick and seamless, and they’re always in stock. I look forward to ordering cat food for my Yuri from them as well, as they seem like a store one can trust to understand the emotional needs of pet parents and deliver on them.
