I took the services of Pawan Pest control in Dec 2021for Termite treatment. Their treatment was hardly effective and termite came again in 4 months time. I repeatedly approached Pawan Pest Control for the issue but they didn't provide services under warranty (which they claim of two years) asking date on which services were taken, original bill, etc.
Now all of my wooden wardrobes, modular kitchen have been destroyed by termites.

When i spoke with them about pest control at my house. They gave a quotation and i agreed to them and i even deposited advance for the work. I later on had to postpone the work due to some emergency in the family. I called the guy who took the deposit to postpone it and give me the money back. The guy who was trying to be professional simply hung up on me when i asked to cancel for later. I kept trying the number after 2 days some lady picks up the phone and tells me money cannot be refunded. Nobody informed about this to me. I even have call recording to prove that. These guys are not professional at all and they are greedy. Owner is a stupid man who just talks nicely to those who he has benifit with. Someone cancelling after paying the advance is only because of emergency, he does not deserve to be given chance for service at all.
