Highly impressed with the doctor. We were there for our first vaccination of our pet dog Shitzu. He first explained everything about dogs and how to take care of them. Also, informed all the vaccination cycles. Shared with us lots of Do's and don'ts in relation to dogs. He weighed our dog and also clipped her nails and cleared some of her hair from eyes. I was really thrilled to see the kind of treatment he gave to our daughter. Thanks Doc

Even 5 stars is not enough for Dr. Shivam and his clinic Pet Tales! We have a young beagle puppy that we were moving with outside the country and just a few days before we had to fly, our puppy was down with severe chest congestion and cold. We had only 3 days to ensure he feels better before his first flight which is already very stressful for dogs and ours is a puppy. Dr. Shivam and his staff went above and beyond for our pup and ensured that he was given the best treatment possible. On day 3 (day of the flight), he was feeling a lot better and he also passed his health check at the airport. It would never be possible to fly out as scheduled without PetTales! We often consult with Dr. Shivam even now as we have a lot of comfort with him being our go-to doctor, even from overseas. He helped us out after we moved abroad as well and throughout the initial puppy phase where puppies are most susceptible to falling sick frequently. For us to know that Dr. Shivam is only a phone call away, has been very comforting, especially for new pet parents in a new country. My little princess ROMII she was a stray puppy when we found her, dr shivam is treating her since she was rescued as a 3 month old pup and in very critical condition she is now 2 years old.she always gets scared as we climb her up on the doctors table but dr shivam is one of her favorite people and a very proficient doctor.he worked hard day and night to bring romii back to health.and i am extremely thankful.the visits and treatments are always easy on pocket, pets care is very personalized.once you visit the clinic dr wont call you back at the clinic until its absolutely necessary.he takes periodic report of the pets condition via whats app.doctor is knowledgeable and experienced.he has the potential to bring back to health those pets who have very little chance of survival.i recommend this clinic for the best care possible for your pet.all the best, never loose hope.

I am writing a review for the first time in my life. Because i am extremely grateful to dr shivam and every pet parent deserves to know my story.
2 days ago i almost lost my 5 year old dog Oscar a golden retriever.i contacted my local vet who said its a critical case and he wont make it.i asked my friend for a good vet at that crucial time n came to know about this place.this was our last hope.we rushed our Oscar here, it was around 11.40 pm.he was breathing shallow.doctor was very understanding and did not loose hope like others.he started the treatment immediately, minutes turned into hours.after 4 hours around 4 am Oscar moved and opened his eyes in that overwhelming moment i burst into tears.
Oscar was still critical.doctor sat by our side the whole night and kept an eye on Oscars condition.he could have send us back because Oscar seemed fine.but he insisted to stay for few more hours. Helper made tea and coffee for us 3 times that night while we waited.it did not feel like clinic, it felt that we are at our friends home.thank god for doctors experience that he insisted on staying because around 5am again Oscar had breathing difficulty and doctor gave him oxygen from oxygen cylinder.and some injections.it was a very heavy night for me and my family.after few more hours at 9.35 am Oscar was discharged and the doctor was by his side for the whole time.i do not know what would have happened if i did not find this clinic.
The kind of dedication doctor shivam have to save an animal life is par excellence.
It feels great to see such people at such position.which brings back faith in humanity.i recommend every pet parent to not loose hope and find a good doctor.every thing is possible.

When first i went to him, there was nothing but now i have a bond with the doctor beacause he treats the pet with an affection of love not only just only as an ordinary dr.do. If you love your pet and you want that your pet should be healthy. I personally recommend you to visit this place.

I have 2 family dogs lab breed we visited our new vet a days ago.i think people must know about this place a little more and why this deserves 5 stars.i have changed 3 vets in 2 month as our regular vet changed the city.so.

Dr is highly reliable.my doggo was very sick but after treatment he felt better
. But in the night doggo was very uncomfortable i reluctantly called the dr but with alot of compassion he told me how to solve the issue.and asked to tell him the status of doggos health in every 3 hrs.

5) RESPONSIVE
highly responsive clinic.no unnecessary fuss very down to earth people 24 hrs at your service

i personally think may be because of the love they have for animals this clinic and doctor have very high moral and ethical standards are rare now a days.so this clinic deserved 5 stars for that.
