Phillips Service Center

I really like the service and behaviour of a Mohd Sadiqshmi who assisted my hair dryer back to my original condition.

They have chargeable pickup and drop facility, however, no one ever turns up despite multiple calls. You will have to visit the centre for repairs.

The executive there was good though.

The service centre is mostly free with hardly any customer visiting.

Service centers is not sure about when they are able to fix the issue as well as no instant repair is possible here.

They takes time but they'll ensure that they provide the best service from their end.

Good service with cooperative staff.charges are little bit high. But in this area good service provider of Philips product. All type of products of Philips are service here.

Didnt get my trimmer battery replaced even after positive confirmation from their executive over phone.

The service center provides the services for most of the Philips make items. I visited here for the repair of steam iron. They were very quick to identify the issue and advised me correctly to buy a new one instead repair that iron as it will cost much for repair and not worth.
Great place in my view. Staff was very helpful.

Service quality is good but the price for the replaced equipment are very costly. They also take a lot of time to replace the parts. It tool me almost 1 week to get the parts replaced.

No one respond to call. Got no assistance when people will not pick up the call how can we share our issues

Visited for my Philips Shaver service, place is good less crowded. It is located on Ground Floor in a house and signboard is not visible so whenever you visit keep your eyes wide open.

Philips service center is not located here.very disappointed with them. They have given us a wrong address.

Worst service centre ever.firstly the employees were rude and were almost sleeping on the sofa for customers.i almost had to wake them up.secondly i just had a screw missing from my philips trimmer and they charged me rs 118 fro a mere 10 second job (literally all they took were 10 seconds). Most importantly they were not willing to give me any slip or proof that i got some service done, they said you could just pay rs 100 without slip but when i emphasized on the slip they said we can give you that for rs 118.so clearly if i had gone away without the slip they would put the money in their pockets.so clearly they are not very honest and loyal to the service centre too.

Poorly maintained service center, Service charges are too high better to buy new product rather getting repaired here.
