Wrost ever experience i had with pioneer honda whenever I'll come for service they just making fool nd after all when we do complaint they did not take serious.

I couldn't be happier with the finance team at Pioneer One Honda. They worked diligently to secure a competitive rate for my loan. Professional and friendly service.

I have only one concern, when the lunch time my bike in the workshop in the open condition of service they steel my 4 litre petrol from my Honda hornet

Servicing team is very irresponsible. They don't care about customer problems. Very bad experience.

The worst ever experience I had ever face in my life with pioneer one Honda sector 63 Noida. They just said my battery is not working after 2nd service and it will take around 5-7 days to replace the battery.also in between these days I had called multiple times and no one respond properly over my complaints and my scooty is also not starting by kick. They all have worst staff as well as thief. Please don’t go there, they will make your bike more awful.

The Worst ever Experience with this particular Honda Showroom. Poor Service Quality & Managers are so rude. They only focus on selling the Vehicle & after that, Aap Jano Aap ka Kaam Jane!

Very high time consuming process. It takes around average 4 hrs to service a scooter here which is acatually max 30 min job.

Customer waiting area is very congested with less or no magazines at all and only playing their honda ads on TV.
No refreshments available if you have long waiting.

So plan you trip accordingly.

This is a nice dealer of Honda. I went for service of my scooter there. Staff of service Center was very polite and informative.
Couple point to improve: they charge extra 2% on credit cards also cleaning of vachile needs improvement

Honda 2 wheeler showroom.
Keep your eyes and ears open before taking delivery of the vehicle else you might get a scratched/damaged vehicle.
Please inspect thoroughly before taking delivery.
Salesman is least interested in engaging with the customer as they're are already aware the brand is established and target will get achieved anyhow so they're not interested in dealing with the customer specially when it's Diwali time.

Workers here are not professional, they can loot for anything, theft petrol during servicing, after investigation through cctv they agreed and wasted too much time

Pathetic staff and service, staff will make you feel that they are doing a favor by introducing to new vehicle or its features, rude and rough staff, avoid as much as you can drive few km extra if possible to avoid spoiling your mood.

Pathetic Customer Handling, I went to purchase a scooty. The sales guy name Raman was totally disinterested and made it feel like a charity. He didn't even check proper documentation and then called us after three days say it's all our fault and yelled at us. Such horrible service!

Today i went to Pioneer one Honda for service under AMC but due to less staff n crowd for services, only i came back after simple washing n washer just washed but no polish n cleaning done. Plz i request to take care of best service. Thanks.

Not recommended for high security number plate installation. Poor service. Some jobs need to be done from outside like drilling of metal parts etc

I came with the problem wheel jam slightly. Six bearings were replaced costs 1900/ I came out side. The same problem remains. Means replaced item not required. Then I come delhi show room who took rs. 300/ for brakeshoes. Now the vehicle is perfect. Shortly mechanic not trained in pioneer honda. Chor show room. They are changing 35/ for sanetizing just for sprinkle two grammes of sanitizer. Hope less place

Very bad experience with you guys. I just done my scooty service and after running hardly 200km again due service indicator blinking.staff behaviour also very irritating.

If you plan on getting denting painting here, I would recommend that you reconsider, find a well reputed place outside or locally, they just refuse to match the color of your vehicle saying that they will only do the orignal color, which is obviously a ruse for getting your whole vehicle painted and they get more money. And in the end they say that the customer is the one who misunderstood and just send you with a sub par quality waxing which would obviously only last for weeks.

Big sales and service centre of Honda Twoo wheelers. Went there for higher security vehicle number plate. The person responsible for this at the show room was not available yet they took the details to process my request. Being a buyer be careful, read check all documents transactions. I bought a Twoo wheeler in 2019 and they duped me around 10500. I recently realised this. I spoke to the centre manager and I was passed to the person dealt when I bought. Let's see what happens next. They charge extra for card payments so be prepared. This has been my experience, you would have your own.

It couldn't have been worst.that was my experience with Pioneer one honda. Some highlights of how they treat the customer -
1. Extremely unprofessional services - wasn't provided complete accessories in one go. Seat cover wasn't provided even after 2 months of purchase.
2. Extremely unprofessional staff - instead of acknowledging the problem and resolving, the sales guy and manager kept arguing that it's Honda's problem and customers too. The last statement was even a complaint to Honda can't make a difference. The staff kept lying and there is no seriousness towards customer issues.
3. Original papers were not delivered with delivery of the vehicle and came after 2 days. Reasons given by sales staff-
- person who had my original papers went on unplanned leaves (how can someone keep original papers of the vehicle in personl custody?)
- soft copy was emailed on time and taht should suffice (height of unawareness or attitude issues.not sure what was the root cause out of the two)

Very near to 62 Noida, complete range of HONDA. I purchased Activa from here.good after selling services.

I visited the Pioneer One Honda showroom in Sector 63, Noida on February 2,2021 to buy a Honda Shine BS6. I purchased the bike but The bike has a gear free issue. On 4 March 21, during first free service I noticed that they only do normal service and do not take necessary action, despite complaining of gear free. After 2 days I told them my problem which was not solved. 17th Mar-21 I go to the show room again, as per my request the gear shaft changes, but the amount is charged to us.show room team want to only making money from customer. Still gear free issue not resolve. I would never to recommended my friends and relative to purchase two wheeler from pioneer one honda. I am very disappointed with their services.

Salesman and all the staffs are not cooperative plus they will try to make money in every step. I liked the showroom layout but staffs were very unhelpful. I go regularly for my scooter servicing and every time I have to spend at least 6-7 hours for it. My suggestion is if you can go to other Honda service centre please go and avoid going in this showroom.

It was a worst experience to visit showroom. They do not have any bike under reasonable price. Bike coasts are high. No offer and no promotional scheme.

I went to purchase activa and found below one.
Showroom entrance is very congested and actually feel irritating.
Should improve it.

Better service If you are completing vehical service in front of you. I am doing same and asking for activity.

Good but like any other establishment is made of people with all midsets, be explicit about our requirment, if possible try seeing the vehical being serviced infront of you. And do your sanity checks when taking handover of your vehical.

If you are going to service at there then be alert this my personal experience that of service centre, staff exchange your parts little some small parts such as a silencer cover, filter, mirror and some some unique nut bolt.my experience is that they exchange spark plug with old. And next time I pay 50 rupees to staff and they recharge sparp plug with new bike black and my friend bike's exchange with old battery.

After first servicing my Activa 5g's shocker oil start leaking. It been only 3 months since i bought it. Poor service.

I had very good experience with Pioneer One Honda. Price charged for vehicle is overallo good. Cooperative staffs too.

Best person met ever here is Bunty (Service Manager). He is so cooperative, well behaved and productive staff handling all issies of a vehicle from customers. Gentlemen Indeed.

It's a nearest place from my home place or electronic city or industrial area where servicing my bike and scooty and booking facility also available here before one or more days.
For new motorbike and scooter to buy showroom and agency there.

It was nice visiting here. I got my new activa 125 from this showroom only. All staffs are professional and well trained.

Had my scooty serviced there with amc.but still costed me around more than 1K without any parts being replaced. Also why should I have to wait to pay the bill like govt offices. At least open another counter during rush hour.

They are very professional. Mr. Azad attend us very well. They clear every queries very patiently.overall good experience.

Overall good, but be vigilant about the service, they tend to add services which are not required to vehicle.

I bought honda activa from here.initially they will show some intrest in you but once they receive payment they work like a government officials. After geeting money they even forget who you are, got the scooty after 5 hrs waiting.servicing is also average quality since they have quite rush here and takes lots of time in returning.even their RC take months to get to you

One or two service for two-wheeler is ok but dont select this service center also dont buy the AMC from the Pioneer one honda
