Medical Facilities and Services not Good. Doctors work are very slowly. Please Don't come here for the treatment. I will come here my grandfather Cyst operation but here nothing do anything today is 3 days. And doctors mind set they will ever discharge the patient after 1 week. I am irritated and bored. I am Sorry For this type comment. But really this hospital is not a good means So bad I am from pratapgarh Ruma hospital is excellent medical facilities and services are very good Doctors are helping nature.

Believe me, I have first hand experience of enrolling in this Hospital. It is too much expensive that your imagination, medicine of 10 rupee is sold at 250, Doctor are also not Very Good and Knowlegeble they made us believe upon them and suck each and every drop. OPD services are wrost. There staff is also very rude. I visited to Dr. Prashant Patel, I would never recommed or suggest his care, Had no knowledge. He only suggests common medicin, which will never going to work. Avoid to visit here.

This hospital is one of the best facilities in Shantipuram. Here you can get all the facilities which are needed in a good hospital. We just make us wait more here than we think, which is due to the doctor not sitting on time. They need to change this. Because the patient should also understand the value of time.

Very bad service regarding treatment of patients Dr. Vinita Patel has absent in her working hours I wait a lot for her approximately 3 hour she has not come and hospital staff unaware of her presence. For the person value for time this hospital is very worst selection.

Poor management, I try to consult with Dr. VINITA PATEL, but she was not present their working hour, we waited more than 3 hour, and their staff don't have any update about her.

Not experienced but listen this is a good hospital for the public health and it has very good doctors and ward boys.
Some people says it's not a good hospital because there is no more care about for their patients.there is three review point given by me because overall it is a public hospital for caring of their patients.

Worst staff management! No order is followed for patients queue.
Sometimes patient wait for 30+ minutes and no patient is diagnosed in OPD. A stupid reason is given that doctor is in bathroom or they don't know!

I have never received anything but care and consideration at Good Hope. The nursing staff that I have met in Out Patients are 'top of the pops'.

Prachi hospital doctors and staffs didn't care about patients while I had taken deluxe (private) room for better treatment and facilities.
Specially Dr. Veenita Patel, Her attitude and behaviour was too rude with patient and their attended, Sometime I felt their nurses was also rude.
I choosed Prachi hospital for better treatment & facilities and it was near to my house but got horrible experience.
I will suggest go to other better hospitals those who charged similar but atleast they care the patient.

Service is beyond the smile, Helpful staff, nurse job fine. Cleanliness is very good and main thing is smile of faces. Felt comfortable, no complaints from any side, Overall very good & homely stay.

I personally got admitted with acute pancreatitis, the team of Gastroenterology doctors were very good and polite. The entire staff is very friendly. I really recommend the hospital for all health related issues.

I had come here to get my younger brother treated for knee operation. The staff is very humble and I was very comfortable; especially Dr. Prashant sir who was very nice. Good Luck!

Went for Covid Test today (18 July, 2021). None of the staff was wearing mask at the reception. The staff collecting Covid sample herself had not covered her nose with the mask. And strangely, they didn't collect my nasal swab for RT-PCR test and told me it's not required. The gross violation of Covid protocols makes it a potential hotspot. For my safety, not going to visit again.
